Poor Wonder Woman can’t get a break: First they give her a stupid new costume and Victoria Beckham breasts; then it turns out that she didn’t even need it anyway. NBC has reportedly passed on David E. Kelley’s reboot, which was to star former Friday Night Lights actress Adrianne Palicki. ‘The King’s Speech’ Wins Best Picture, Gets Its Own Champagne
Last night’s big winner at the Oscars was The King’s Speech, with the film picking up Best Picture, Best Director, and Best Actor (Colin Firth). But you know what’s way better than awards? Champagne. Geoffrey Rush may have lost out to Christian Bale for the Best Supporting Actor trophy, but he did score some special King’s Speech custom champagne, so I think it’s a safe bet he ended up having a pretty good night.
