Last week I mentioned that Hilary Duff teamed up with iconic fashion house Hervé Léger to host a party on May 6th in homage to the bandage dress. The event is being held at LIVE! on Sunset, and they want to give you a chance to win an invite to the event!

The chance for this fabulous experience is in support of Bette Midler’s New York Restoration Project’s 2008 Hulaween Auction, hosted on Charitybuzz. The NYRP is a non-profit organization that believes in clean and green neighborhoods and that one should be in every community in New York City – they partner with agencies and community groups to reclaim, restore and develop parks, gardens and open spaces in New York.

The current bid for the prize is $3500, so you need to have quite a lot to bid on the experience. You can bid here (there are 19 days left to bid!), but be sure to read the full rules of the contest too!

Hilary Duff did indeed have a birthday bash. It was held on saturday at Woo Lae Oak, a Korean restaurant in SoHo, NY. Extra was there for the party and are now holding a contest for the swag bag!

The bag was created by The Silver Spoon, responsible for many Hollywood gift bags, and has over $2000 in stuff inside.

As I previously mentioned, Hilary Duff will be attending Variety’s Power of Youth Event. Well, now you have a chance to win tickets!

Hilary Duff’s MySpace has announced a contest to give 3 winners a chance to win VIP tickets for themselves and 3 family members to Target Presents Variety’s Power of Youth taking place in Los Angeles on Saturday, October 4th. There will be 9 other winners to get a gift bag from the event!
