Sounds like a stupid criminal story, but one of people involved in the celebrity burglaries is accused of wearing Lindsay Lohan’s necklace to court!
Courtney Leigh Ames, 19, allegedly wore the necklace to her Dec. 2 arraignment, when it was identified as Lohan’s, according to the Los Angles Times.
Ames was charged today with extra counts of receiving stolen property for wearing it to court. She also was charged today with allegedly possessing Paris Hilton’s leather jacket.

Lindsay Lohan wears rosary beads in this blast-from-the-past February 2008 file photo that were later stolen from her house and worn by one of the “Hollywood Hills Burglar Bunch” suspects, according to TMZ.
Pictures have appeared on TMZ showing alleged suspect Courtney Ames wearing the beaded rosary type necklace which appears to be identical to one that Lohan wore in pictures in 2008.

The celebrity burglary ring suspected of breaking into Lindsay Lohan’s home as well as other celebrities were charged Wednesday by Los Angeles prosecutors, according to People.
Rachel Lee, 19, Diana Tamayo, 19, Courtney Ames, 18, Alexis Neiers, 18, and Roy Lopez, Jr., 27, were all arrested in connection to the crimes. Nicholas Prugo, 18, was arrested last month and has been formally accused of the Lohan and Audrina Patridge burglaries.
