I think newcomer Danielle Campbell is adorable and I hope to see more of her on Disney Channel. Maybe they have a new showed lined up for her. You never know!

According to IMDB, the film is about a high school hockey player forced to lead his sister’s Girl Guide troop. I am sure Disney will choose current Disney stars to play the lead roles, but that shouldn’t stop you from going after those supporting roles!

If you could pick a lead character for the hockey player and his sister, which two Disney stars would you pick? I can definitely see Hutch Dano, who stars in Disney XD’s Zeke & Luther, playing this role. He would make a great hockey player!

Production has begun on “Starstruck,” a music-filled Disney Channel Original Movie starring Sterling Knight (“Sonny With A Chance”) and introducing Danielle Campbell. "Basically, he’s into this plain Jane chick he has an adventure with and they have a cool friendship that happens. He starts to realize lots of things about himself and it has a cool message," says Linley, who’ll start shooting in about a week.

"I’ve been singing every day. I’m recording six songs for the movie," he says. And they’ll be shooting him performing at the Sunset Strip’s Key Club.

We are not sure yet when the movie comes out, but we will let you know as soon as we find out more info! Are you excited about seeing Cody Linley in his own Disney Channel Original Movie?!

Cody was also very excited about attending the first ever D23 Expo.

"It’s going to be awesome — a huge event designed for the fans," he says of the star-filled four-day extravaganza at the Anaheim Convention Center. It sounds like a Disney-tween answer to Comic Con. "I’m going to be there for a few hours, sign some autographs, meet the fans," says the affable 19-year-old. And as far as dancing, "If there are some fans who want to dance with me, I’m always going to be breaking it out.It’s a new love for me."
