Ay yi yi. Yes, he was a legendary entertainer who was ahead of his time but GOOD GOD the man was creepy. Even the most diehard fan can’t deny that the man had some SERIOUS issues.
Anywhodles, here are just a few of the items that showed up in the Entertainment Memorabilia Auction with Michael Jackson, held on December 20, 2009, in Los Angeles, California. Sadly, no, there is not an Elephant Man skeleton or hyperbaric chamber. DAMMIT.

I think we all know by now that Brittany Murphy has died, due to the massive coverage on every news station, every blog, every web site, every Twitter.
She apparently died of massive cardiac arrest, and since she was only 32, there is mucho speculation going on. Was she a drug addict? Did all that bulimia finally catch up with her? Did she watch one too many “Saved By The Bell” episodes? Did she suddenly realize that her initials are B.M.?… More »
More details are surfacing about Anna Nicole Smith’s final days before her drug-induced death.
In addition to the usual crazy we’ve already heard about (see above), testimony is coming out from the criminal trial involving charges that Smith’s former lawyer-boyfriend Howard K. Stern and two California doctors conspired to illegally provide Smith with controlled substances; such as she couldn’t walk unassisted, couldn’t sit up, and was taking nourishment in a baby’s bottle. A BABY”S BOTTLE.
Of course, I think we… More »
A new song was released Sunday night at midnight from Michael Jackson titled “This is It”.
You can listen to it here.
The song was originally recorded with just Michael’s vocals and piano; the background vocals are his brothers, and the extra musical stuff was added in later. Lyrics:
“This is it, here I stand, I’m the light of the world, I feel grand.”
“I never heard a single word about you/Falling in love wasn’t my plan/I never thought that I would… More »
Suzanne Somers, who is a huge advocate of naturopathic cancer treatment (and is dealing with her own breast cancer that way), has placed herself squarely in the “YES IT’S TOO SOON” file with this newest statement on Patrick Swayze, who just passed like what, three days ago? Sheesh. Here we go:
“They took a beautiful man” and “put poison in his body….”Why couldn’t they have built him up nutritionally and got ten rid of the toxins? . . . I hate… More »
Patrick Swayze has succumbed to his heroic battle with pancreatic cancer.
Swayze was probably best known for his roles as Johnny in “Dirty Dancing” and of course, the hottie ghost in “Ghost” with Demi Moore. Here’s what his management folks had to say:
“Patrick Swayze passed away peacefully today with family at his side after facing the challenges of his illness for the last 20 months,”
Here’s a couple videos to remember him by:

LaToya Jackson, sister of the late (doesn’t that sound weird) Michael Jackson, says that he looked absolutely fantastic in his casket at the funeral.
Here’s what she had to say to Barbara Walters on 20/20 last week: his hair and makeup were done “beautifully”, and he was buried with one white glove and a pair of sunglasses, dressed all in white with a wide gold belt (like a prizefighter). LaToya added that she absolutely believes that her brother was murdered… More »
Last night the funeral of Michael Jackson finally occurred, with a celebrity studded attendance including Elizabeth Taylor, Macauley Culkin, Al Sharpton, and many more.
Very sad. As the family took their seats, solo piano renditions of some of Michael’s most timeless songs were playing slowly and softly, it was a nice touch. The live feed shut off as soon as the hearse with Michael’s body drew up, which I thought was great because it’s a FUNERAL and seriously, even though… More »
For some reason this really hit me hard today. The Los Angeles coroner has officially ruled the death of Michael Jackson a homicide.
According to sources, the coroner’s toxicology report found lethal levels of propofol, a sedative used in surgeries. Dr. Conrad Murray is the one who gave him this fatal dose, and is now being pursued for manslaughter (wouldn’t it be murder? I don’t know how these things work). His lawyer says that Murray never administered anything that “should… More »
So Debbie Rowe is out to get me. Know why? Because basically because every day we’re hearing something different: she wants Michael Jackson’s kids, she doesn’t want the kids, oh wait! NOW SHE WANTS THE KIDS. Here’s today’s missive from Crazy Town:
“Do I want the kids? Hell no. Does it look good for me to ask for them? Absolutely. I don’t want to look like the woman who gave away her kids and just forgot about them.”
GAH. So tomorrow,… More »
In a Daily Mail article, Madonna wants us all to know that she was and is Michael Jackson’s biggest fan, and none of us should EVER forget that. In fact, she’s planning on doing a big lip synch of his songs at at London’s O2 arena on Saturday night, because you know how great it is for people to spend like $200 (or more) for concert tickets to hear their favorite artist and show up to not only hear her… More »
Michael Jackson’s memorial service has been set for Tuesday at the Staples Center in downtown Los Angeles, which, hello? Only seats 20k people, and since they’re giving away free tickets, I’m guessing 10 times that number will show up. AT LEAST. Plus, I think there may be a holiday weekend coming up….let’s see…..yes, Fourth of July, so that gives the planners like what, one business day to plan an event that is going to be the biggest draw since the… More »

With all the hoopla around Michael Jackson’s shocking death this week, one of the things that has actually gotten to this hardened gossip hound was Lisa Marie Presley’s blog post about their married life together, and how she tried to save him. Here’s an excerpt:
On dying like Elvis, Lisa’s dad
At some point he paused, he stared at me very intensely and he stated with… More »
Well, this probably doesn’t come as a shock to anyone, but guess what? Debbie Rowe, the first wife of Micheal Jackson, is not the biological mother of MJ’s kids. In fact, she was just the “vessel”, as she did not have sexual relations with Wacko Jacko but instead was artificially inseminated.
Debbie and Michael met while she worked at his dermatologist’s office, and married soon after, even though they barely knew each other. Here’s what Debbie had to say about their… More »
Ding dong, the King of Pop is dead. Michael Jackson died yesterday of an apparent drug overdose, possibly Demerol. Here’s the scoop from CNN:
An autopsy is scheduled on Friday to determine what killed Michael Jackson. Paramedics took Jackson, 50, from his Los Angeles home to UCLA Medical Center, where a team of physicians worked for more than an hour to try to resuscitate him, his brother Jermaine Jackson said. He said the famed singer was pronounced dead at 2:26 p.m.

This is so sad! Mia Farrow’s brother, Patrick, was found dead in a Vermont art gallery, where he’s been sculpting for over 30 years. His wife and him had run the gallery, which sold mixed media art and jewelry stuff for about that long of time. Police say that his death “looks suspicious”, and they aren’t releasing any information until they know for sure. For another huge kick in the teeth to the family, his nephew was killed in Iraq… More »
One of my favorite actors was sadly found dead by suicide today in a Bangkok hotel. David Carradine, known for his roles in “Kung Fu” and “Kill Bill”, apparently hung himself with a curtain rope – the people he was with just thought he was taking a rest because of his age (72). He was there in Thailand to shoot a movie, and the maid of the hotel he was staying at found him. SAD!!! Here’s one of my favorite… More »
Bea Arthur, the sharp tongued comedian who had a LONG career in show biz, died this weekend at the ripe old age of 86. She was best known for her role as Dorothy Zbornak in mah favorite reason to watch Lifetime “The Golden Girls”, which I’m hopefully getting a box set of for my birthday. Don’t judge, you know you want one too. Anyway, here’s a great clip of Bea doing her Dorothy thing:
