In the episode, ‘Haunted‘, a woman returns in the body of a “doll” (programmable person) in order to solve her own murder. She was very wealthy and her family members are top suspects, including her previously estranged brother William Bashford (Gregg Henry). He’s a brash, drunken man who seems to only care about the money – but did he kill her?

In many ways, his character did remind me of Mitchum from Gilmore Girls. Being in a mansion obviously triggered that, but he was also a stubborn ass who only cared about his own interests. However, we do get to see that his character has a lot more warmth and depth than we ever really saw from Mitchum.
