Lil Kim Is Confused About The Meaning Of Valentine’s Day

Hey guys. Do you know the true meaning of Valentine’s Day? It’s a celebration that exists to send warnings to your nemeses and continue public diss wars. Or at least that’s what Lil Kim is using it for this year.

The rap star diva has been developing a beef with Nicki Minaj for going on two years now. Back in November Kim dropped the track ‘Black Friday,’ which attacked her. And then she cast a Nicki Minaj lookalike for the song’s music video. Fun! Well, today she’s released a mixtape of that single, and some cover art that is as dainty and ladylike as her lyrics.

Some of which include this:

“Shitted on ‘em / I’m just pissin’ on ‘em / Spittin’ on ‘em.” Kimmy Blanco uses her first verse to assert her reign, spitting, “All these bitches is my pets I keep a tight leash around they necks / Bitches try to bite, take they ass to the vet / Put ‘em right to sleep like they pop a Xanax / Yeah I be shittin’ on ‘em / Spittin’ on ‘em/ Kimmy go in, I go extra hard / I swipe your whole life with my debit card.

Also, this is a small grievance, and I’m not sure why I am even addressing such a question to a woman who likes depicting herself with a bloody samurai sword, but why does this mixtape cost $9.99?

Holly Madison Publicizes Her New Show By Bashing Hugh Hefner’s Fiancee

Holly Madison is getting pretty desperate for press for her new show Holly’s World. The show premieres on Sunday, and Holly has been everywhere complaining about things to drum up interest in her first solo TV show. First it was Hugh Hefner‘s engagement. Then it was producers who wanted her to lose weight. And now she’s going for the jugular on Hef’s fiance, claiming that Crystal Harris called her a clown.

E! really makes its stars do a lot of self marketing for their shows, eh?

Last week, Holly explained that she was not happy for her ex Hugh Hefner on the announcement of his engagement – but we’d have to wait for her show to find out why. And then she was trying to raise a rallying cry for herself, because the producers of her new show wanted her to lose weight. Ok, fair enough. That’s a good way to get people to watch your show.

But then today, she’s out attacking Hef’s new fiance. According to People:

Madison, 31, has been reluctant to speak about Harris, but when pressed by PEOPLE, her on-camera sidekick Josh Strickland said, “We don’t really know her that well, but the few times we’ve seen her, it’s been a cold shoulder. We really haven’t done anything to her.”

Ok. Fair enough. But then Holly chimes in:

Madison then jumped in, saying Harris’s true colors can be seen in an un-aired scene. “They really need to show that birthday footage,” Madison says after mentioning that Hef’s gal, 24, appears in an episode of her show “for a second.”

Really Holly? Did you need to plug your show in the middle of this beef you’ve created? Meanwhile, Crystal denies that there’s any beef between her and Holly. Which really makes it look like Holly’s reaching for controversy that will get people to tune in Sunday night.

But she better be careful. Because Hugh Hefner made her. And if she doesn’t let up soon, she might to lose her invite to the Playboy Mansion. And if this show on E! doesn’t do great, that might be where she wants to go soon.

Now I’m not a superstitious person by nature (untrue, I throw salt over my shoulder at the dinner table even if no one spilled any), but I’m pretty much with Asylum here when they say that the North St. Paul graduation ceremony must have been cursed by some evil poltergeist, or maybe whatever that gooey pink stuff was from Ghostbusters 2. Because WTF people, graduation is not the time to start a riot, or trip and face-plant onto the linoleum floors. You generally want to save that stuff for the post-graduation party, where everyone will be too drunk to remember anyway.

In ‘Friday Night’s Alright for Fighting,‘ Rory seems very happy to be ungrateful to her grandparents after they took her in and supported her when nobody else would. Sure, they were overbearing and difficult, but why is this news to Rory? So, now she’s decided to let them find out on their own about Christopher paying for Yale without telling them how or why. Even Lorelai thinks this is harsh, and decides to tell them herself. Lorelai tries to tell them it’s not a snub and they are just happy Christopher is trying to be a dad.

Lorelai tries to tell Rory to take the first step with Richard and Emily – to break the ice, like she never did after her own fallout. Lorelai tells Rory that they should go to Friday dinner. When they arrive, Emily snubs them to paint the moon and Richard is stand-offish too. They both laugh at how convenient it was for Christopher to become Rory’s “father” now. The rest of the night continues with many perspectives and many fights, about everything from Rory not leaving a note, to being emotional, to Lorelai reminding Emily they didn’t listen to her about Rory, the DAR, and even Lorelai’s teen pregnancy. In between, there are moments of laughter and calm – it’s the best fight scene of the series, IMHO.

So, how did the fight help? Was anything resolved? Did they just need to vent? And how come they all managed to stay so calm and collected during it?
