Fall Out Boy has pushed back their album, Folie a Deux, to be released on December 16th rather than on Election Day. They said, “Six months ago we thought it would be a fun idea to release our album on election day but this is not the election to be cute.” ~source

Pete Wentz Wants His Baby to Like His Music

I never realized this before, but when you have kids it’s got to be tough to do things like pick out music for your record. After all, what if your kids hate what you do for a living? Fall Out Boy’s Album Flavor
Pete Wentz and the guys from Fall Out Boy are gearing up for the release of their next album. According to Rolling Stone magazine they worked with producer Neal Avron again (as they did with the previous two albums) and “made a decision to dial back the heavily multitracked sound of their last album.” Pete, ever the soundbyte, said, “we focused on making an ambitious record without giving the impression of making an ambitious record.”

Fall Out Boy Will Release an Album in November
Looks like both Ashlee Simpson and hubby Pete Wentz are going to wait until after their baby is born before they get back to work. Pete’s band, Fall Out Boy, plans to release their next album in November.
Ready for the title? “Folie a Deux.” Pete explained this as, “It means ‘the shared madness of two’ – thank you, Dictionary.com.”
Wonder if he’s referring to him and Ashlee with that title?
