Diplo Tonight, Chromeo Tomorrow
Two awesome dance electro masters are in town to DJ NYC!
First up, Diplo is DJing a party tonight (Thursday). It’s a Roxy Cottontail party and DJ Drama, Eli Escobar, and Roxy Cottontail are also spinning. It’s happening at a brand new, nameless venue at 213 North 8th Street in Brooklyn, just two blocks away from the L Train Bedford Avenue stop. Fool’s Gold in NY, etc.
After hitting up SXSW and doing a showcase in Miami, Fool’s Gold (A-Trak and Nick Catchdub’s label that is home to Kid Sister, Chromeo, etc.) will be going on tour, stopping at Hiro Ballroom on April 10. Called “Screaming Bloody Murder” the tour features A-Trak, Sinden, Steve Aoki, Sammy Bananas and special guests. Maybe Kanye will show up again?
