]]> KimmelWe thought Jimmy Kimmel’s latest viral video attempt, “Handsome Men’s Club,” where a bunch of Hollywood’s hottest dudes hang out and talk about how handsome they are (this isn’t a real thing?), was cute. Then we realized that it was a thinly veiled dig at ex Sarah Silverman, who said recently that Jimmy never called her pretty during the seven years they dated, and things got a whole lot more interesting.

The video itself drags on a little too long — probably because Jimmy scored half of Hollywood to make appearances. It’s not as epic as “I’m F—ing Matt Damon/Ben Affleck,” but it’s worth a watch — if not to see the stab at his ex, then to count the sheer number of handsome men Jimmy could round up. Dude has lots of friends in high places.

We still can’t get over the fact that he’s so blatantly responding to Sarah’s comments. Do you think this was a cute way to address the controversy? Or was it an inappropriate venue?

]]> I’ve never caught more than a couple of episodes of Dancing with the Stars – and the most I’ve ever watched was during the season with Hélio Castroneves. That was largely due to the Indy Racing League connection. It’s not that I don’t find it fascinating and entertaining – because I absolutely love watching, it just happens to be one of those shows that the actual day and time have never set up in my brain as a memory to recall week-after-week.

Now, after seeing the cast of the upcoming season eight, I may have to actually DVR every episode. I can’t even begin to imagine how entertaining it will be to see Steve-O and Denise Richards competing.

Won’t that be fun?
