]]> I love making gingerbread houses with my children but they either don’t come out right or are too much like the ones we’ve made every year.  If you’re like me, I’m sure you wouldn’t mind injecting a little novelty into this holiday creation so I took notice when the Today show featured a segment on building fancy gingerbread houses! 

Some of the houses they showed were huge!  They were incredible.  Of course, I’m not going to be that ambitious my first year but his tips did make it look pretty straightforward.  Naturally, Kathie Lee Gifford made me cringe.  Watch the segment here:
