In fact, Lindsay said she and Samantha are “still friends” and Samantha stayed over the night before.

The reports said that Lindsay is developing a show similar to The View, but for a younger audience.

“They’re about to pilot the idea and have a lot of interest in the show,” an unidentified source said in the stories. “Ultimately, she wants to get back into movies, but while the offers for film roles are not coming in, she doesn’t see why she shouldn’t take a shot at a TV chat show.”

Gossip Cop asked Lindsay if it was true — if she is planning to host a talk show and here’s her answer:

“Nope,” Lindsay told Gossip Cop.

News of the tape started with The Daily Mail’s story “Lindsay Lohan braces herself for release of internet sex tape.”

The video supposedly contains 47 seconds of Lindsay “frolicking” naked with a mystery male.

“This video file is dynamite. It is pretty seedy and shows Lindsay engaged in a particular sex act which, obviously, should remain behind closed doors,” a source told the Daily Mail.

According to the story, the tape is in the hands of a waiter who has tried to release it here, but faced copyright issues. So now he plans to release it via an “offshore porn site.”

Gossip Cop asked Lindsay about the video and she replied:

“What sex tape? Haha,” Lindsay told Gossip Cop.

Hopefully, the story is just a rumor and nothing more.

In other rumors, Gossip Cop also dispelled the rumor earlier in the week that Lindsay Lohan was “all over” a young model-type girl at Voyeur on Jan. 11.

HollywoodLife’s insider says Lindsay was hanging all over the girl.

“Lindsay was all over this girl, touching and petting… There was no outright kissing that I saw, but she was fully into her. They were still there getting cozy when I left at midnight,” the insider told HollywoodLife.

Gossip Cop asked Lindsay, who said the tall tale was “not true…haven’t been around or out.” (this was earlier this week)

Lindsay, her sister Ali Lohan and Patrick have spent the past few days since New Year’s Eve hanging out on the Caribbean island of St. Barth.

But somewhere between Saturday and Sunday, something must have went down. According to US magazine, Lindsay found out that Aufdenkamp allegedly stole sketches for new 6126 line of leggings.

What makes this a bigger deal is that it was just announced that Lindsay’s 6126 leggings line would be expanded to a full clothing collection in fall 2010.

“He is now running off trying to do his own line… And telling people he’s going to fashion market week in NYC on February 18 to debut his line,” a source told UsMagazine.com.

When Gossip Cop asked Lindsay if it was true, she confirmed the story.

“He’s a user. I wish I’d known,” Lindsay told Gossip Gop.

According to the US Magazine source, Patrick has always used her, even though she’s been warned not to trust him.

“She didn’t want to believe how bad Patrick’s energy was, and how false his friendship has always been with her,” the source told US Magazine.

Lindsay reportedly spoke to UsMagazine.com about the incident.

“I should’ve known better,” Lindsay told the magazine. “But new year for me and a new beginning! Health, happiness, success and love!”

Meanwhile, Patrick hasn’t responded to stories but has Tweeted about it.

“Everyone will know the truth soon enough. And I mean Everything…! En route traveling home,” Patrick Tweeted earlier today.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Lindsay has to deal with Michael Lohan-like repercussions from this. Is he going to sell all of her secrets or release an audio tape?

If you go back a little further on Patrick’s Twitter page, he Tweeted at 5:42 a.m. Jan. 3 (Sunday):

But the picture no longer exists.

I wonder what “truth” we will be learning from Patrick.

Meanwhile, I feel sorry for Lindsay that there are people in the world who only use her for her celebrity status.

A website BettyConfidential.com reported that Lindsay brought her a new boyfriend home to meet her family at her sister Ali Lohan’s 16th birthday party, according to Gossip Cop.

Lindsay tweeted about it even:

“I’m not dating my friend lol, people are nutso, and its not a way to start of the new year with rumors :)”

According to the website’s alleged inside source, Lindsay brought “new boyfriend” Adam Senn with her to meet her family.

Lindsay clarified it even further with Gossip Cop.

“He is MY FRIEND!” Lohan told Gossip Cop. When we asked again, Lohan insisted, “He’s my friend, silly.”

Leonardo DiCaprio, Kevin Connolly and Courtney Semel were among the celebrities out and about at Voyeur and later DiCaprio and Connolly were at the same party as Lindsay.

Perez Hilton published a short post about spotting Lindsay and Leonardo being seen together again, asking the question, “Could Lilo be loving Leo?”

Obviously, they have mutual friends.

”Hahahaha. You couldn’t be more wrong, Perezy,” Lindsay told Gossip Cop.

Lindsay is wearing a short lacy black dress with what looks like leather fringe in the front and knee-length black boots under her leather jacket with the faux fur lining.

But Lindsay told Gossip Cop the story is “lame B.S.”

According to a NY Daily News source, Lindsay and Senn “really hit it off” when she was in New York around Thanksgiving.

Lindsay told Gossip Cop it is a story from more than three years ago and she did not see Senn while in New York.

And Lindsay also said she did not “canoodle” with any of these men – though the rumor mills have been spinning the stories: Jason Segal, Kevin Connolly and Cash Warren.

Their choices? Lindsay Lohan, Kanye West and the late Michael Jackson.

So far, this is where the voting  stands:

Lindsay has 50 percent of the votes (1375 votes), while Kanye has 26 percent (704 votes) and Michael Jackson has 23 percent (628 votes).

I know Lindsay’s not perfect by any means, but is she really the most scandalous star of 2009?

Plus, “many” of the stories you see in the tabloids and websites about her aren’t necessarily true.  Check Gossip Cop’s posts on Lindsay.

I don’t think it’s fair to put Michael Jackson in because he died. Kanye, yea, he deserves to be on the list.

How about one of the Kardashians? Or how about Michael Lohan, Lindsay’s father? Releasing all of those audio tapes  to help (hurt) Lindsay should put him on the list. How about Michael Lohan’s former BFF Jon Gosselin. He really should be on the list. Maybe Tiger Woods, even though his “scandal” is pretty new, should be on the list, because it’s pretty big news right now. I just think there are more candidates that are worthy of being on the list along side Lindsay.

“just doing a [TV] show with Cash and it’s strictly business,” Lindsay told Gossip Cop.

Us Weekly’s story “Lindsay’s New Low: Caught kissing Alba’s husband,” featured a source claiming that when Lohan and Warren were at the Villa, they ignored their friends and began kissing.

I wonder what kind of TV project Lindsay is considering doing?
