Our snapper caught her holding hands and dancing with Paris Hilton’s ex. TMZ.com spies say they were “making out.” A source close to Lindsay insists that those spies are confusing Niarchos with a gay buddy of Lindsay. Whatever. Lindsay took pains to avoid being photographed with Niarchos outside a club, hiding behind a sheet and telling paparazzi to “[bleep] off and die.” Now for the “he said.” “Harry says they are finished,” a source tells us. “He says that she is always on her Blackberry and is too leechy and dependent. Also, Harry is sober, which is hard, because she is not” …

Personally, I don’t see anything wrong with how Lindsay is acting!  She’s clearly acting her age!  Don’t we all?  Glass houses or not!

The restaurant heir, Harry Morton has reportedly split up with high-profile actress Lindsay Lohan at the Chateau Marmont after dinner yesterday, according to sources.

A source told people that the break-up was due to: “She was too much drama. Lindsay did cut down on the partying, but with her it’s all relative. Harry is sober. It wasn’t the partying that broke them up. She’s young and a little bit immature. Harry’s more low-key and not into the same stuff she’s into.”

Lindsay Lohan sparked engagement rumors earlier this week when she arrived arm-in-arm with her boyfriend Harry Morton at the premiere of her latest movie wearing a solitaire diamond on her wedding finger.

This is the same boyfriend she’d previously shared a romantic holiday in Hawaii with before heading to the Venice Film Festival.

Apparently Lohan signed autographs earlier that day for waiting fans wearing the same ring on her middle finger.

Rumor, schmumor – there hasn’t ever been a woman who isn’t guilty of moving the rings over a finger when retaining a bit of water – has there?

Lindsay Lohan has a hot new man — restaurateur and Hard Rock Hotel and Casino heir Harry Morton.  Apparently the two were spied in Malibu, California just days after she celebrated her 20th birthday.  I’m hoping to score a photo of this supposed hot hunk soon.

Funnyman Eddie Murphy has decided to scare up a bit of spice in his own love life and has been confirmed as cultivating a love life with former Spice Girl Melanie Brown, aka Scary Spice.

Britney Spears’ husband Kevin Federline is reportedly in talks with his wife’s label Jive Records.  The former dancer has aspirations of becoming a rapper and has failed to land a record contract as of yet – but there’s still hope and KFed will be clinging onto the skirt strings of his wife at least one more time in attempt to score a deal.  I suppose someone taught him well but seriously, how many times do you try and try again before you should admit you just can’t bring it!  KFed should hang it up and be a husband and dad!  As much as we all hate to admit it, there does come a time to just grow up!

Lastly, what’s the deal with Suri Cruise’s birth certificate?  Was daddy even in the country in the few weeks following the little princes’ birth?  It would appear not when “a friend” is signed on the birth certificate rather then daddy Tom Cruise himself.  I’m sure we’ll be hearing lots more about this!  Is there something else about Scientology we don’t know?  Kind of makes one wonder.
