I’ve had a big crush on Sendhil Ramamurthy ever since he appeared as Mohinder Suresh on Heroes. Now he’s part of the cast of the Piper Perabo series Covert Affairs — and the geniuses behind that show wisely wrote Sendhil a shirtless scene. More »
We were as surprised as anyone to learn that the newest rom-com to hit theaters, From Prada To Nada, was based on Jane Austen‘s Sense and Sensibility. Remember when updating Jane Austen titles was a thing? More »
We here at Crushable are never too proud to admit defeat: When we put Internet celebrity Wil Wheaton in our Hot Guys of Hard Sci-Fi and Fantasy Gallery we did not expect the outcry from our readers. “Really?” asked commenter Really?!, “Wesley Crusher? Really? Not Shatner-Kirk nor Quinto-Spock? Really?”
Well, we really put it to a vote. And we were really wrong. More »
Don’t cry too hard for Greg Grunberg, part of the cast of Heroes, which NBC canceled this spring. Not long after learning about Heroes’ demise, Greg was cast as a series regular in a new NBC show Love Bites, originally slated for fall that has been pushed back until January.
“It was a short mourning period for me,” Greg told Crushable. “I’ve been wanting to do comedy for a long time and this came along. I guest starred with Jennifer love… More »
If you watched Heroes last night, you may have noticed that there was a short film directed by Heroes star Milo Ventimiglia (Jess on Gilmore Girls). It’s part of a project sponsored by Liberty Mutual (an insurance company) and will feature 4 more short films shot by other NBC stars, including Jack McBrayer of 30 Rock and Anthony Anderson of Law and Order.
All of the shorts have a theme of personal responsibility and answer the question “What does personal responsibility… More »
Ah, Heroes. As much as I love Milo Ventimiglia (Jess Mariano on Gilmore Girls), I’m pretty tempted to stop watching this show. Wow, way to not start off the season well! I’ve been pretty generous with this series so far – giving it multiple chances last season to get back my attention. Sometimes it did. I liked the character development. But this season, in attempting to “redeem” itself (so ironic given the Chapter is also Redemption), Heroes has introduced *way… More »
Milo Ventimiglia will soon be returning to television in the Season 4 / Chapter 5: Redemption premiere of Heroes, which will premiere on September 21st on NBC. The first episode of the season is called “Orientation”, but it’s followed up immediately by a new episode in this 2 hour premiere event.
The second episode, “Jump, Push, Fall”, debuts a new carnival clan whose intentions are unknown but seem to be focused towards our familiar Heroes. Meanwhile, our favorite characters, including… More »

Milo Ventimiglia (Jess Mariano on Gilmore Girls), pictured here this weekend in San Diego for Comic-Con 2009, just inked a production deal between his company, Divide Pictures (co-founded with Russ Cundiff), and Generate in order to develop digital programming. You can now pre-order the DVDs for Heroes – Season Three (starring Milo Vengimialia) & Supernatural: The Complete Fourth Season (starring Jared Padalecki). I personally enjoyed both series’ this past season, though Supernatural was fantastic beyond compare. Heroes made a bit of a comeback, so I look forward to where next season will go!
In addition, you can pre-order Samantha Who?: The Complete Second Season (starring Melissa McCarthy), which (unless the petition is successful) is the last season of the show…. More »
Milo Ventimiglia (Jess Mariano on Gilmore Girls) has closed out yet another season on Heroes along with other Gilmore Girls guest stars Christine Rose and Masi Oka. The season had a slow start, but picked up into something more compelling (I think) once the mid-season shifted to Chapter 4: Fugitives. Christine Rose, in particular, really stunned me with the last few episodes. Her storyline, her childhood… they all helped us understand where she was coming from and that perhaps she… More »
Ok, I think all of you know already that I’m a huge fan of both Heroes and Supernatural, which star Gilmore Girls hunks Milo Ventimiglia and Jared Padalecki. I don’t even care that Heroes ratings are going down, I am still enjoying the season (and personally think ratings are becoming a defunct way to measure a show’s success).

Milo Ventimiglia (Jess Mariano on Gilmore Girls) is rocking out Heroes Chapter 4: Fugitives. Like Milo said in a recent interview, Heroes has gotten back to some of its roots and a meaner, more grounded good vs evil plotline has emerged. It’s much easier to follow and easier to root for the ‘good guys’. It’s had a lot of great tension and major plot changes. And my biggest applause goes to the fact that Peter is back!!
