“Bonnie and Clyde” to Film This Thanksgiving
Hilary Duff’s movie, The Story of Bonnie & Clyde, was originally scheduled to begin filming this July. We later heard filming would begin this Fall. We may now have some refinement on the dates.
Hilary mentioned that she will be finishing her episodes for Gossip Girl then shooting The Business of Falling in Love. After that, she’ll begin on The Story of Bonnie and Clyde.

The Associated Press has covered Hilary Duff’s trip to Bogota, which is great. This gives us an interview that hasn’t been dubbed over! In the interview, Hilary shares that she had an “amazing invitation from the Mayor’s office to come to Bogota, recognize the work that I’ve been doing with children and the founder of Blessings in a Backpack, Stan Curtis. “Greta” Possibly Out This Fall?
Hilary Duff’s upcoming movie, Greta, has been sitting without a release date for some time now. Well, that may be about to change. There are a couple of inside sources reporting that the film may soon announce its theatrical premiere.

Hilary Duff’s movie, The Story of Bonnie & Clyde, was originally scheduled to begin filming this July. However, the production schedule was delayed and we’ve been awaiting news of when this film would start.

Making of “War, Inc”
A new behind-the-scenes video from Hilary Duff’s movie, War, Inc., has surfaced. The videos show Hilary filming the wedding scene and, in the second video, the song “I Want to Blow You Up”, one of the lead songs in the movie. It looks like maybe they were going to make that into a music video?

“What Goes Up” on DVD Today
Hilary Duff’s movie, What Goes Up, was released to DVD today! According to the What Goes Up blog, the producers are still considering a second theatrical run for the film, after the success it has met so far. Other possibilities include more film festivals as well as showing the film outside of the US. James Hoke says:
“Some of these decisions will depend on the initial DVD sales, but we really want to expand the release.”

Hilary Duff’s movie What Goes Up has out a couple of new graphics! First off is the theatrical ad, in black and white, that appears in newspapers to promote the theatrical release. And the second graphic is a fantastic title treatment of the logo. Looks great!

“Bonnie and Clyde” To Film for 57 Days
We shared earlier this week that Hilary’s movie, The Story of Bonnie and Clyde, was set to begin filming this July.
According to another news story, the filming will take place for 57 days. That doesn’t mean Hilary Duff will be there for that long, as production schedules try to group scenes together for an actor to shoot more quickly.

A new tv commercial for Hilary Duff’s movie What Goes Up has been released. The commercial is very similar to the two previously released trailers.
If you live in LA, you can RSVP to a free movie screening for What Goes Up on May 27th. More details here. The WGU blog has also updated the opening, which had to be dropped from 10 to 6 cities due to some theaters not being able to have the May 29th date for opening…. More »

Hilary Duff will be packing her bags later this summer to begin filming The Story of Bonnie and Clyde.
Although there were indications that the movie would begin filming in May, the latest news pegs the movie as starting filming this July. The independent film has a budget of $15 million.

“Greta” to Show at Cannes
Hilary Duff’s coming-of-age movie, Greta, will be previewed at the Cannes Film Festival this week.
The news states that Voltage Pictures acquired the teen drama. No other details yet, but it’s great to hear the film has found a distributor and will be screened (I think that’s what the news means(.
