Girl Talk Does It Radiohead-Style
Mash-up artist extraordinaire Girl Talk will be releasing his latest album Feed the Animals online via a pay-what-you-wish website a la Radiohead’s In Rainbows. According to an interview with Greg Gillis aka Girl Talk, the album should be up “Wednesday or Thursday” and a physical CD and LP release will follow. Radiohead Webcast on New Year’s Eve
On their website DeadAirSpace, Thom Yorke has announced that Radiohead “will be broadcasting a pre-recording of some songs and other bits on New Years Eve…this is a wee celebration of the release of the physical manifestation of ‘in rainbows.’” You can view it at radiohead.tv at midnight UK time, which is perfect for us New Yorkers–that way you can still go out to one of the many other shows happening that night….
