I’m not saying that I forgive Taylor Momsen for making it trendy to look like some sort of Courtney Love/Olsen twin hybrid, I’m just saying that the XX’s “Islands” is my favorite song that I tell people about, and Eminem/Rihanna’s “Love the Way You Lie” is my favorite song that I pretend I don’t like in front of friends, and then go home and listen to on a perpetual loop.

The new video for Islands’ song “No You Don’t” is pretty awesome. It features Michael Cera (of Superbad and the upcoming Youth in Revolt) doing drugs. It’s pretty weird and trippy and hilarious. You can see it here (along with a video of Cera hanging out with the Jersey Shore dudes…yes!)
