Despite Britney Spears making a legal appeal to be in charge of her own affairs, TMZ has reported that a judge has extended the conservatorship held over her by her father Jamie Spears.

Today in Miami, Britney Spears pulled on her bikini again and joined her sister Jamie Lynn Spears and their kids for some poolside fun.
Also lounging by the pool were dad Jamie Spears and mom Lynne Spears.

Britney Spears had a whirlwind tour of Japan, but as of yesterday she is back home in the United States. Over on Twitter (follow her!), she stated, “as much as I loved Japan, I am so happy to be home with my babies.” No doubt!
