Let’s Discuss How Annoying Vanessa Hudgens Was On Late Night With Jimmy Fallon

Did you see Vanessa Hudgens on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon last night? If you missed it, you should consider yourself lucky. Unless you’re a big Hudgens fan, then maybe you would have enjoyed it.

Jimmy Fallon and Hudgens played a round of Shoe Golf and it was five minutes of awkwardness. Between all the squealing, whining, bizarre laugh and screaming of “hiya” over and over again, it was difficult not to squirm over it and stew in your own uncomfortableness on your couch. Hudgens had never played Shoe Golf before, but that doesn’t make up for all the noises she made.

First of all, it’s a golf game in which shoes are being tossed, so the need to scream “hiya” is unnecessary because it’s not karate. Secondly, just because Jimmy is a pro at this game and is clearly kicking ass, it doesn’t mean that whining on national television is acceptable. Ever.

Thirdly, how many times does one need to say “oh snap?” Didn’t that phrase go out in 2009? Perhaps I’m being too harsh; perhaps these are fundamental “cute” qualities in a girl and I just never got the memo. Perhaps I should have been taking notes?

Questlove of The Roots Just Broke Up With Ramen Noodles

When our sister site, Blisstree, posted the video of exactly what happens in your body when you decide eating Ramen is a good idea, there was a lot of dry-heaving going on over here. It’s not exactly a video that I think anyone wanted to see, but yet we all watched in horror.

As it was pointed out in the video “Top Ramen is made to survive armageddon,” so if we take that into consideration it probably isn’t something we should be consuming ever, let alone frequently. Hear me, college kids? Step away from the Ramen.

Now everyone’s favorite part of Late Night with Jimmy Fallon (besides Fallon, of course), Questo of The Roots, tweeted this morning that his love affair with Ramen died today. ‘Tis a sad day when any love dies, especially one that’s steeped in nostalgia for your college era or before you “made it big.”

From 1985 to today in 2012, Questo apparently had a healthy relationship with Ramen, as many did, but that all tragically ended because of one video. Twenty-seven years is a long time to have something or someone in your life and the recovery time can be hard. They do say it takes half as long as the relationship to get over something, so Questo has the next few years cut out for him.

So here starts the five steps of grieving for Questo with ‘denial’ being his first. We wish him the best of luck.

Okay, remember earlier how we wrote that post about masturbating to Ryan Gosling‘s smile? Well, we just watched this video of Ry (whatever, we’re clearly on very intimate terms) feeding his dog George an apple on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon and now we’re pregnant! You guys, this dog has a mohawk and is described as a muppet. He’s perfect.

Goddamn, George and Ryan are so cute together we’ll even go ahead and forgive those stupid loafers. Those dumb, terrible, hideous shoes.

Jimmy Fallon‘s Real Housewives of Late Night has returned with a second episode for season 2. As we saw last time, Denise was asked to be in a Glamour magazine photo shoot, but didn’t want to tell Yvonne, because she didn’t want her drama on her big day. Things are going well (except for Renee accidentally arriving at a Glamour Pet Shop and not realizing her mistake), until Yvonne crashes the photo shoot. Things come to a blow when Denise walks off the shoot, screaming, “Do,” and pointing at herself, and screaming, “Don’t,” and pointing at Yvonne. Watch the episode below to see for yourself. And here are some quotes to look forward to:

Stephen Colbert announced that he would join band The Roots to perform a cover of Rebecca Black‘s “Friday” if fans helped raise $26,000 for Colbert’s favorite charity, DonorsChoose. (Editor’s note: DonorsChoose is awesome!) Not only did viewers raise the money, but NBC matched the amount. Last night, the performance happened on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon (the Roots are Fallon’s house band), and it was every bit as glorious as you thought it would be.

Jimmy Fallon has done it again. First, we posted pitch-perfect parody, Real Housewives of Late Night. Yesterday, Lilit posted his hilarious “commercial” for Charlie Sheen cologne. Check out what Jimmy Fallon has just unveiled his dead-on parody of Jersey Shore on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. Here are some of my favorite quotes from the skit. And watch episode one below:

Real Housewives mockeries and impersonations are almost, if not more, funny than the actual episodes. There is one caveat, though: the impersonator must know the show inside and out, to capture the true essences of its hilarity. Fortunately, Jimmy Fallon has been outed as a Real Housewives fanatic and recently appeared on Watch What Happens: Live with Andy Cohen. His in-depth fan knowledge of the series translates into pure comedy genius in his skit “Real Housewives of Late Night,” which is back for it’s second season. Jimmy plays his fictional wife, Denise, who I’m positive is inspired by Jill Zarin, and other colleagues of Late Night play their fictional wives, who all run in the same, drama-filled circle. Check out episode one below. Here are some highlights from the season two premiere skit:

“You can’t get rid of us. We’re like bedbugs… with bubbies. And vaginas.”
“Excuse me, are you on the no-fly list? Just kidding.”
