]]> These are some really great photos taken during the performances for the 2009 VH1 Divas show. There were a lot of earlier Divas back to perform duets with the younger ones and some intresting non-singing guests too. It’s a terrific program and you can catch it on VH1 for the next few days.

Now that Paula Abdul has left American Idol, she has more time to take on other projects again. And the first big one is to host VH1 Divas. It’s a star-studded ladies night and this year the special will feature Adele, Kelly Clarkson, Jordin Sparks, Leona Lewis and Miley Cyrus. It should be a great evening of entertainment!

The show will take place at Brooklyn Academy of Music Howard Gilman Opera House in Brooklyn, New York and will air on VH1 on September 17. Be sure to tune in for it!
