Producer Rodney Jerkins told members of the media at the Clive Davis/Recording Academy pre-Grammy party at the Beverly Hilton Hotel that he’d like Lohan and Lady Gaga to get in the recording studio together, according to E! Online.

“I can pair them up,” Jerkins said to E!, whose most recent collaboration was on Gaga’s “Telephone” featuring Beyoncé. “I would love it. I would love to see what could happen.”

Jerkins said if Lohan could stay focused, she has what it takes.

“I’ve talked to her, and I said, ‘You’ve got what it takes. I really believe in you,’” Jerkins said. “I’ve seen a lot of people questioning actresses who have wanted to become pop stars, and they don’t have it,” Jerkins said. “I believe she has it, something deep down. I’ve listened to her in the past, and I think there’s something there. It just needs to be pulled out.”

From Lindsay Lohan’s Tweets over the last few months, she seems to love Lady Gaga. So I hope she gets in contact with Jerkins like now!

Lindsay, who put up another gorgeous new background photo in a sexy leather jacket after getting some help from fellow Twitter users, also said she wants more Twitter followers. Currently, Lindsay has more than 119,000 followers since moving over from her old account about a month ago. Also, Lindsay is trying to get her account verified, which shouldn’t be that hard.

Lindsay also passed on a few answers to fans. Yes, she is working on her third album.

Gossip Cop has debunked two of the latest Lindsay Lohan rumors — that she was dropped from her record label — and that she’s not being paid for her Ungaro artistic advisor job.

FOX411 first reported both stories — that Lindsay was dropped from her record label Casablanca — and that she’s not being paid for Ungaro gig.

According to Gossip Cop, a Lohan rep says the music label story is “not true.” A rep for Universal Music, the parent company of Casablanca, tells Gossip Cop she’s still on the Casablanca label with distribution through Universal. Yea! Maybe Lindsay start working on a new album soon!

As for busting the story on Lindsay doing the Ungaro job for free — Gossip Girl learned from a Lindsay insider that she is “paid a lot” for her Ungaro gig.

Lohan is hosting the F1 Rocks Sinagpore with LG music event which includes three nights of concerts featuring Beyoncé, ZZ Top and No Doubt as well as international artists such as Chinese pop legend Jacky Cheung and Taiwanese pop diva A-MEI, among others.

“I think it’s really nice to be part of something that it’s the first year they are doing it – which is F1 Rocks,” Lindsay said during the interview. “”It’s a bunch of amazing performers whom I’m a really big fan of….”

Lohan said studying NASCAR for a year while preparing for the 2005 movie Herbie: Fully Loaded has made her a racing fan.

“I studied NASCAR for a while, almost a year when I was doing Herbie the love bug, so I had to learn all of the details. It was very hot inside those cars, but it was a lot of fun,” Lindsay said.

Lindsay also discussed Machete, the movie she just finished filming in Austin a few days ago.

“It was a really great experience. It’s a really great cast. I’ve never gotten to shoot a gun in a film or ever in personal life. I was really scared but it was really exhilarating — but not in the best way. It was scary but it was nice to do something new in a film.”

About life, Lindsay explained her philosophy:

“I think you should live life to fullest and you learn from your mistakes and I think it’s really important to experience life in every different way and anyone can alter anything,” Lindsay said.

According to the Huffington Post, Lindsay also had a response to questions about the suspect who is accused of breaking into her home last month.

“I don’t really want to get into the details of that,” Lohan said. “That’s for the detectives to do.”

Lindsay stepped in the hosting role after Pussycat Dolls’ Nicole Scherzinger pulled out a few days ago.

Doesn’t Lindsay look happy? I’m glad she decided to host the F1 Rocks event.

Ne-Yo worked with Lindsay Lohan on her buzz track, “Bossy“. He thought the track would suck and the album would suck, but Lindsay blew him away. He wanted to apologize to Lindsay for not believing in her.

“[It's a] quality record,” Ne-Yo continued. “One that I didn’t think she was going to be able to pull off. Again, I will admit that. Straight up and down. I had to eat my words. I tried to call her and apologize for the assumption.”
