Dina Lohan, Michael Lohan face off in court for child support issue

Lindsay Lohan’s parents Dina Lohan and Michael Lohan faced off in court Tuesday in Nassau County Family Court on Tuesday over child-support issues for the Lohan’s younger children, Ali and Cody.

“It’s almost been a year without child support,” Dina Lohan said after the closed court meeting, according to New York Daily News.

According to TMZ, Michael Lohan owes around $15,000 in child support.

“I just want him to do the right thing. I just want him to take care of his kids,” Dina Lohan said, according to NYDN. “This isn’t about us. It’s about his children.”

“No one wants a war,” she continued. “I don’t want to be here more than anyone else in this building. It’s a very sad place.”

According to Michael Lohan’s lawyer John Pedranghelu, he plans to pay what he owes and get back on track. He is due back in court on March 24.

In this TMZ video, Michael Lohan says he knows why he married Dina, because she’s sensible, and they were amicably able to work out the details. Apparently, what she thought he owed and what he actually owes are two different things, according to him.

I’m sure Dina Lohan just wants Michael Lohan to “show me the money.”

Lindsay Lohan leaving Madeo restaurant

Lindsay Lohan was photographed Thursday leaving Madeo in West Hollywood with friends.

Lindsay is wearing a really cute black top and black leggings under a gray fuzzy coat.

Later that night, Lindsay was spotted at Voyeur. Supposedly lots of drama was going on, fights broke out and the police were called to the club.

Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson at Teddy's

Lindsay Lohan enjoyed a night out with on/off girlfriend Samantha Ronson at Teddy’s on Monday, but left separately.

However, when Lindsay left, she was in the passenger seat of Samantha’s car while Ronson’s half-sister Annabelle Dexter-Jones drove. So more than likely, they hung out later wherever they went.

Lindsay wore a shimmering gray top, black leggings and black pumps.

TMZ has a video of Lindsay and the gang as they left.

Regardless if Lindsay and Samantha are just friends or more, I’m just happy to see Lindsay smiling.

Lindsay Lohan left Voyeur in West Hollywood with friends Sunday night after the Grammys. Doesn’t she look good with her new hair?

Lindsay is sporting black attire topped off with a black hat. These are the first decent photos of Lindsay with her new darker hair, so I’m very happy.

Lindsay Lohan attended Adam Lambert’s birthday bash wearing a very-sheer black lace dress Friday at Mondrian hotel in Los Angeles.

Lindsay’s lace dress is so sheer that you can see her black bikini underwear under her dress! But I’m just excited to see a photo of Lindsay with her darker hair!

Lindsay was photographed in these pictures as she left the hotel, missing on-off-girlfriend Samantha Ronson, who showed up late for the party in her black porsche.

Lambert finished as the runner-up on the eighth season of American Idol and has since carved out his own career in music.

French actor Aurelien Wiik, who was spotted on a video hanging with Lindsay Lohan earlier this week, stopped in at Voyeur in West Hollywood on Thursday, but there was no sign of Lindsay.

Rumors were flying earlier in the week because on the video, it appears that Lindsay and Aurelien kissed. What is not clear is whether they are friends or if he is a potential love interest.

Lindsay Lohan is spotted arriving at the Church clothing store in Los Angeles for a private party Monday.

Lindsay had shopped earlier on Monday at various boutiques, including Church, and actually left wearing this fringed jacket. But upon arrival, she changed clothes again – changing from this white top and black leggings into a black outfit.

Also tagging along were her mom Dina Lohan and sister Ali Lohan.
