According to X17online.com, Lindsay is visiting St. Barth. But supposedly, the weather isn’t good there right now.

X17 also says Lindsay is expected at Russell Simmons’ New Year’s Eve bash.

Brittany Murphy, 32, starred in movies including Clueless, 8 Mile, Just Married, Girl Interrupted, Sin City and Riding in Cars with Boys.

A spokesman for the Los Angeles Police Department confirmed she passed away, according to Access Hollywood. A Los Angeles Fire Deparment official confirmed to Access Hollywood that they responded to a 911 call from the street where she lived. She was pronounced dead at 10:04 a.m. at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center

A rep for the actress also confirmed the news, telling Access Hollywood,

“In this time of sadness, the family thanks you for your love and support. It is their wish that you respect their privacy,” a representative for the actress told Access.

Michael Lohan released the three-minute audio tape to RadarOnline.com.

“Mommy says that I’m worse than you were,” Lindsay allegedly says on the audio tape. “And she’s defending…She doesn’t back me…she doesn’t stand by me.”

“No one cares about me. They don’t, by the way. It’s about how they feel, not how I feel. It’s not about me. It’s never been about me, unless I fight for it,” Lindsay allegedly says on the tape.

Lindsay, however, has used Twitter today to say the recordings are from years ago. And as much as Michael Lohan wants to make it seem like they are present-day recordings, how can he prove they are recent? He can’t.
