After Lindsay Lohan failed her mandatory drug test last week, when the tox screen showed up positive for cocaine, the fallen starlet has finally given up the pretense of being the victim of the biased media. Yes, she’s a drug addict. Her Twitter account says it all:

Well, the first step is admitting you have a problem. So hopefully now Lindsay can get the recovery she needs and go back to being awesome like she was in Mean Girls, instead of a sad national joke.

When you’re Lindsay Lohan, every week must seem like an uphill battle through paparazzi, gossip rumors, family and relationship drama, and Twitter meltdowns. It’s no wonder the girl can’t put a 110% into her film career right now, when she is (like Jenna from 30 Rock once said) trying to win an Academy Award for living her life dramatically.

But after being canned last weekend from The Other Side and being considered “not bankable” by studio producers, Lohan refuses to stay off that horse. And if E!’s scoop is to be believed, Lohan’s next role might be her most ambitious…and close to home yet. A biography of porn star Linda Lovelace, star of Deepthroat? We could see this being just the dark horse indie flick that puts Lohan back on the map for something other than being a spiraling train wreck with awful parents.

Lindsay Lohan stops Samantha Ronson “violent” rumors

Lindsay Lohan has put to rest the rumor that Samantha Ronson has acted violently around Lindsay in the past by using her Twitter account.

“This is become a bit much*Samantha R never raised a hand to me, I’ve never said she did* Enough is Enough. Focus on other more important….world issues.”

The gossip started with a Radaronline.com story where an unnamed source said Samantha has a violent past with Lindsay – hitting her and choking her.

Lindsay also denied the rumor to Gossip Cop.

Samantha Tweeted Lindsay back thanking her for clearing up the rumor.

“@lindsaylohan thank you for clearing that up. the high road was giving me a nose bleed! ;),” Samantha Tweeted.

And Lindsay Tweeted right back.

“@samantharonson you are welcome ;),” Lindsay Tweeted.

And Samantha is taking serious action to anyone who continues to spread the rumor.

“To ANYONE who perpetuates this rumour accusing me of being violently abusive after @lindsaylohan has denied it: I WILL take legal action.,” Samantha Tweeted.

Lindsay Lohan attends Adam Lambert birthday bash

Lindsay Lohan attended Adam Lambert’s birthday bash wearing a very-sheer black lace dress Friday at Mondrian hotel in Los Angeles.

Lindsay’s lace dress is so sheer that you can see her black bikini underwear under her dress! But I’m just excited to see a photo of Lindsay with her darker hair!

Lindsay was photographed in these pictures as she left the hotel, missing on-off-girlfriend Samantha Ronson, who showed up late for the party in her black porsche.

Lambert finished as the runner-up on the eighth season of American Idol and has since carved out his own career in music.

Lindsay Lohan shops at Revolve, Church

Lindsay Lohan spent Monday afternoon shopping at various locations including Revolve, Church and Alice + Olivia.

Wearing her hair up, Lindsay goes in with a white blazer and scarves over her top with black pants or leggings, but she leaves eventually with a black wrap with fringe she finds while shopping.

When asked if she is donating to Haiti or if she will go on a humanitarian trip to Haiti with her dad Michael Lohan, Lindsay doesn’t answer. That’s not unsual though for her not to answer their questions. Lindsay has tweeted, most of them retweets, about providing aid for Haiti.

Lindsay Lohan deletes Twitter rant about Samantha

Upon Lindsay Lohan’s return home to the United States from St. Barth late Wednesday night, she ran into a tad bit of jealousy over who she thought on-and-off girlfriend Samantha Ronson was hanging out with.

So Lindsay took to Twitter. These messages were deleted a few hours later but you can see the deleted Tweets here. I do know they are real because as I was going to bed very, very late Wednesday night I watched them come across on Twitter. A few hours later, they were gone.

Why did she delete the posts? Probably because Lindsay discovered Samantha wasn’t lying to her or she misinterpreted the situation.

Here are some of the deleted Twitter messages:

And from there the messages got worse.

“Funny how I’m rushing back to see @samantharonson when she says she’s with her step bro alone- and 2girls? That wasn’t mentioned.

Trust yourself, and be true to you….Don’t let others distract you from what you are and what you want :) 2010 xo

A few Tweets later she tweeted:

“‘I’m alone” forgot the (2girls) I’m not the bad guy…Time to work, and ignore the lie that I believe was I”

@danielmryan I wish I’d listened to the ones that warned me of all of the cheats and lies I’ve spent my recent past on, rather than my career

Meanwhile on Wednesday night, Samantha was being followed by the paparazzi who took a video of Samantha with her stepbrother and two girls at a tattoo shop. I think this is what Lindsay was jealous about.

In the video (watch the link above), Samantha is asked about DJ Jus Ske, who Lindsay hung out with in St. Barths. Samantha said, “He’s my homie, I like him”.

When asked about Lindsay’s Twitter in general, Samantha reminded them she doesn’t follow Lindsay on Twitter. Lindsay follows Samantha, but for the past several months, Samantha hasn’t been following her.

Lindsay Lohan’s travel fiasco

Lindsay Lohan may have arrived in St. Barth in luxury before New Year’s Eve, but getting back to New York wasn’t as pleasant.

While Lindsay did get to leave in a private plane, she had trouble when she tried to connect with a flight back in the states.

Lindsay posted to Twitter about how she, her sister Ali and the family friend they were with didn’t have very good luck with US Airways.

“Us Airways – don’t fly them,” Lindsay Tweeted Tuesday.

In fact, the trio seemed to have problems from the get-go.

“Still driving …… I got stuck in St Barths because of no available outgoing flights! Then when we were at our connection flight back 2 NY”

“So then, airline “SAYS” the flight was delayed, and IT WASN’T-so we of course, what happens next? We miss the flight last night-LAST 1!!!!

When they land in North Carolina, they decide to drive the rest of the way.

“What happens next….? Me, my sis&fam friend refuse2stay in Charlotte, North Carolina&rent a car!”

But at least she’s enjoying the scenery….

So, now we’ve been driving for hourssss back home-Road Trip styles! I just woke up to snow! Beaches&waves to SNOW&30degrees. happyNewYear!!

Oh… May Hertz Rentals have a wonderful year, just for our services home! Lol* and dunkin donuts for coffee keeping our friend awake2drive!

Oh and sirius radio has MAJORLY helped…… Not enough sleep yet-delirious, yes I am….. Night night all :) lol wow been a long one!*

I guess people on Twitter thought Lindsay was driving, but she was quick to clarify it.

Lindsay Lohan posted her New Year’s resolutions on her Twitter account, looking forward in 2010.

“To answer everybody’s question…My new years resolution is to stop letting the lucky few that have my heart, try2constantly tear me down.”

Lindsay plans to leave the bad behind in the new year.

“2010 is about moving forward, not backwards. Leaving the bad (people, habbits, and negative energy behind) time to make changes-right!?!? :)”

Lindsay has started the year off on the right track, I think. Since New Year’ Eve she has been photographed looking healthier than she has in a long time in swimsuits while vacationing in St. Barth. These photos were taken on Monday.

Both Lindsay Lohan and off-on-again girlfriend Samantha Ronson expressed their condolences on Twitter over the loss of their friend Casey Johnson, the Johnson & Johnson heiress who was found dead Monday.
