Producer Thinks Lindsay Will Be “Phenomenal”
Yesterday we shared the great news that Lindsay Lohan had joined the cast of new comedy film The Other Side, which will come out in 2010. The producer of that film, Kent Harper, tells People that they are “excited” about working with Lindsay Lohan:

Lindsay Lohan Cast in “The Other Side”
Lindsay Lohan has landed a role in a new movie! Lindsay has joined an indie fantasy comedy called The Other Side.
Lindsay will star in The Other Side with Woody Harrelson (Cheers, No Country for Old Men), who previously co-starred with Lindsay in A Prairie Home Companion. “Labor Pains” on DVD & Blu-Ray
Lindsay Lohan’s latest movie, Labor Pains, will be premiering on ABC Family in July of 2009, but it will also be released to both DVD and Blu-ray on August 4, 2009.

At this week’s launch of Lindsay Lohan’s Sevin Nyne tanning mist, E! caught up with her to ask how she’s doing after the break-up with Samantha Ronson.

“Labor Pains” Straight to Cable
Labor PainsOur last news on Lindsay Lohan’s movie Labor Pains had it pegged for a US release date of May 16th. A new look at imdb shows a date of May 23rd. However, it looks like both of those are wrong! News broke today that Labor Pains is skipping a theatrical release, instead going to cable and DVD!

Academy Award Winning actor, producer, screenwriter & director Warren Beatty wants Lindsay Lohan to be a part of one of his films. Beatty wants to direct and star in a new movie with Lindsay playing the role of his daughter.

Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson were spotted going to Irish Foods & Gifts for some grocery shopping, then later on that day at an Italian resaurant in Beverly Hills. The couple looked happy together!

Lindsay Lohan Shirt for Sale
The Clothes Off Our Back Charity recently had a Charity Afternoon Tea event at the Palihouse Halloway Hotel in Hollywood. In this tea, held on August 10th, a shirt that Lindsay Lohan wore on the set of Labor Pains was donated for the auction. The shirt has not yet gone up for auction.

Lindsay Lohan Doing Great on “Labor Pains”

According to People, Lindsay Lohan is impressing her Labor Pains co-star Cheryl Hines, Cheryl, who plays Lisa DePardo in the movie, tells reporters that she’s had a great time working with Lindsay and improvising in their shared scenes.
"It usually ends in a big laugh fest, and they have to cut because we can’t talk anymore."

Lindsay Lohan Gets Praise

People reports that Lindsay Lohan is getting very high praise for her work on Labor Pains so far. Lati Grobman, one of the producers on the film original reluctant to work with Lindsay, says she’s "amazing" and is "so natural at what she does."
