Winter Jazzfest
The 2010 Winter Jazzfest is happening on January 8-9 (Friday and Saturday).
It’s going down at various West Village bars (Kenny’s Castaways, (le) Poisson Rouge, Bitter End, Zinc Bar, and Sullivan Hall). Tickets are $25 for a one-day pass and $30 for a two-day pass. The full lineup is after the jump.

Michael Cera in New Islands Video
The new video for Islands’ song “No You Don’t” is pretty awesome. It features Michael Cera (of Superbad and the upcoming Youth in Revolt) doing drugs. It’s pretty weird and trippy and hilarious. You can see it here (along with a video of Cera hanging out with the Jersey Shore dudes…yes!)

Free Real Estate Show

The one and only Mark Ronson is DJing the Boys & Girls Holiday Party. It’s happening at Webster Hall tonight (Friday) at 10 pm. $10 advance tickets are here.

BAM Sounds Like Brooklyn Lineup Announced
Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM)’s Sounds Like Brooklyn Festival has been a big hit the past two years, with performers like Beirut and Clap Your Hands Say Yeah. The Beatles seems to be as popular as ever, even in our fair city. This weekend Brooklyn Bowl will host the 2nd Annual the Beatles Complete on Ukulele Festival.
