Of the many concerts last night, I ended up at the Amadou & Mariam show at Webster Hall. Toubab Krewe blend African rhythms with rock and put on an incredible live show. They are releasing an album, Live at the Orange Peel, on January 6 chronicling one of those shows and will be celebrating the release at S.O.B.s on Thursday, January 8.
