Taylor Swift‘s video, for her latest twangy tune “Mean,” plays like the promo reel for a season of Glee: fashion-obsessed gay kid’s bullied by the jocks, smart girl has to save her pennies for college, some mean jerk told Taylor she can’t sing. For all of them, it totally gets better. So who’s this one about, John Mayer or Simon Cowell?

Totally Uncool Radio Interview with Katharine McPhee

Thanks to Idol Stalker visitor, OMG KAT FAN, I’ve been directed to a radio interview with American Idol runner-up, Katharine McPhee. It is not cool and OMG Kat Fan wanted everyone to write in to the DC-based radio station Hot 99.5 and complain. It wasn’t even funny – it was just tasteless. If you are going to make fun of someone, at least make it hilarious. Sheesh! I am amazed that Katharine actually stayed on the phone – it sounded like she had already had a bad day and was tired.
