Miley Cyrus chats backstage at Zootopia. She was super excited about playing at the same venue as Metro Station! And although her brother has a couple new tattoos, Miley has no plans of getting her own any time soon.

“This is gross, but I’m addicted to ketchup,” she confessed. “I will drink ketchup. I love ketchup. It’s my favorite thing in the world!”

In the interview Miley chatted about her Best of Both Worlds tour. On the road, her dad, Billy Ray Cyrus is even stricter: “And if I’m going to do a sleepover with one of my dancers, like, we definitely have to go to sleep. So on the road, they’re definitely more strict, so I’m kind of excited to come home!”

Of course they asked her about her love live but Miley responded “No, not right now,” she said. “There’s like, no time. But that’s another reason I’m excited to back to L.A., so we’ll see!”

“I write mostly songs,” Miley tells Newsweek. “But I’m writing a book called The Diary of Priscilla’s Coffeehouse, about all the people I met at this coffee shop in Toluca Lake. I don’t want to publish it or anything. It’s a book for myself.”

Sounds like an interesting project. Newsweek also asked if Miley has a role in the upcoming High School Musical 3: Senior Year?

“At the beginning there was talk of me playing one of the characters. But it kind of interferes with the Hannah Montana movie, so I don’t think I’m going to be able to do that.”

When it came to her tour, Miley had her fave cities…

“There’s a few. Vegas is a good one, Phoenix is a good one, and Florida is a good one. New York is pretty good. The higher-end places, like New York and places like Phoenix, have ginormous malls.”

And she definitely had comments on her new E-D movie!

“It’s really cool because I’ve always wanted to see our show. I’m a really big perfectionist about what I do, making sure everything is in its place. I was like, ‘Dang, it’s finally perfect and I’m not able to see my show. I want to see it!’ Finally it was like I was at my own concert, which is, like, wild. You literally feel like you’re in the front row.”

Q: Do you ever get nervous singing in front of thousands of people?

A: Really, now it’s like second nature. I know my body is ready to perform at certain times. My mom was laughing the other day when I didn’t have a show. At 5 o’clock, when I usually would be warming up, I was super-hyper. She’s, like, “You’re just so used to being ready to go at 5.”

Q: What’s your favorite song to perform?

— Amaiya Snoke, 7, Miami

A: See You Again, especially now that it’s been played on radio a bunch, which is super-exciting. Everyone sings along with that song.

Q: What do you have to say about your Hannah Montana double incident? A lot of people are talking about it at school, and I want to hear the full story from you.

— Audrey Baxter, 12, Decatur, Ga.

A: We don’t even do it anymore because we changed songs. But it wasn’t for the reason everyone was saying — because I’m not singing, because I’m not this, because I’m not that. It was a total technical thing. When I’m shooting Hannah Montana, it takes me an hour and a half to go from Hannah to Miley. (Onstage), I have a minute, 50 seconds. There’s no way; I need a good three to four minutes. So I did have to take a double to dance for that minute.

Q: With your concert tour and TV show, when do you go to school?

•Meredith Bussard,10, Snellville, Ga.

A: I do three hours of school in the mornings, whether I’m on set, whether I’m on tour. It’s just you get it done before you start your day.

Q: Do you ever worry that your friends like you only because you’re famous? Kind of like the reason Miley Stewart hides that she’s really Hannah Montana?

— Jordan Paul, 9,Rochester Hill, Mich.

A: It’s definitely easier to make friends now. That’s the hard part. But I’ve had all my same friends from the beginning, so I know who was there before and who was there after. You can tell who real people are.

Q: Are you single or dating? If so, is it Nick Jonas (of the Jonas Brothers)?

— Emily Lowry, 14, Upper St. Clair, Pa.

A: We’re just really good buds.

Q: Do you plan on being a good role model for your young fans?

— Nina Cantu, 27, Mesquite, Texas

A: Yeah. That was the plan from the beginning. That’s kind of the point of everything that I do. I always try to bring in just being a good role model and setting high standards for yourself.

Q: Did you know that a lot of older folks enjoy Hannah Montana? I think it is the funniest show on TV. I would enjoy your concerts, too.

A: I think grandmas are the ones buying most of the tickets. They’re spoiling their grandkids.

“I’m having a hard time knowing who I am. Sometimes when I’m getting ready to go out. I’ll keep looking at myself in the mirror and picking out things I don’t like about myself. I’ll just sit around the house and tell my mom that I seriously don’t want to go out because I just don’t feel pretty. After I end up staying home a bunch of nights because my confidence was so low, I realized that I was missing out on a ton of really awesome events. I wish I could learn that even if I don’t feel beautiful all the time, I’m not going to be able to change what I look like before it’s time to go to the mall with my friends or before the date I’m about to go on in ten minutes.”

Way to go Miley, that’s a great attitude! And she’s beautiful so she has nothing to worry about
