The schedule for some of the FREE summer concerts are starting to roll in, and so far so good. Here’s what I know so far (please note that there are ticketed shows at some of these venues this summer. Those listed here are all free):

Mountains Playing Rooftop Films Free Event

Rooftop Films always puts on great events and next week’s is no exception. Next Monday, March 9, the film Woodpecker will be screening, but first, atmospheric band Mountains will be playing! Their new album, Choral, is a beautiful swirling of instruments that will uplift your spirit. And it was all recorded in Brooklyn! Represent!
Mountains go on at 7pm, the film starts at 7:30. It all goes down at the Chelsea Market…. More »
