Arielle Kebbel (Lindsay Lister then Forester) attended the premiere of the new Michael Moore documentary, Capitalism: A Love Story, held at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences on September 15th. The new documentary looks at the “root causes of the global economic meltdown and takes a comical look at the corporate and political shenanigans that culminated in what Moore has described as the biggest robbery in the history…” The film has a limited release on September 23rd.

Krysten Ritter (Lucy on Gilmore Girls) will star in the new web series Woke Up Dead. The series is being produced by Napoleon Dynamite star Jon Heder, who will also star in the series. The series follows Heder as Drex, a USC student who wakes up underwater in his bath and suspects he may be dead. The series “plays with the conventions of the zombie-horror genre.” Though he craves eating brains, Drex doesn’t believe he’s a zombie.
