When contacted yesterday, Heimstaedt at first denied that his hotel had been advertised in South Africa for an auction.

“I will sue you and your newspaper if you write anything about it,” he threatened.

A little later the same day he changed his stance, saying the auctioneers had gone ahead with the advertisement without informing him.

“I casually suggested to them sometime last year to put it on auction to see what price the hotel could fetch.

I am surprised they have acted now and already set a date,” Heimstaedt said.

He added that the auction would go ahead.

In their press conference today, the first since Shiloh was born, they had this to say:

From Angelina re: a Pitt-Jolie wedding:

“There is nothing in the air. The focus is the kids, and we are obviously extremely committed to the children and as parents together. So that kind of says it for us, and to have a ceremony on top of it is nothing.”

Brad said this regarding the Namibian passport granted by the Namibian government:

“We are grateful to receive it, Shiloh will also be grateful one day.”

Also notable:

“People were shocked that we chose to come here, and they thought we were putting our child’s life in danger, but we did our homework about Namibia. We want to tell the world how magnificent this country and the people are.”

“We had top-notch medical care. We could not have received better medical care even in America.”

A source told Britain’s Star magazine: “They are cooped up in the hotel, the food isn’t great and he doesn’t like the heat. He seems thoroughly depressed and I think he misses Malibu.”

“Angelina is unhappy because he won’t go along with her plans. She is so passionate about Namibia and wants Brad to be too, but you get the feeling he just has a yearning to put down some roots. Going to Africa was bizarre for him.”

After spending three days at the Cottage Hospital, Team Jolie-Pitt is back at their luxury beachfront lodge, where they plan to spend two more weeks. Sources tell “Extra” they may then make a Pitt stop in Paris before returning to Brad’s $9 million Malibu mansion.

“Brad has an obligation to start filming ‘Oceans 13,’” revealed People magazine’s JD Heyman. “Angelina doesn’t have any projects lined up; she’s going to focus on being a mom.”

While new mom and dad are home safe and sound, “Extra” has learned Angie and Baby Shiloh checked out of the hospital on Tuesday. “The baby has been very, very active,” Heyman said, adding, “Apparently she’s got some lungs to her, which means she’s very healthy.”

The headline-grabbing birth steals the new cover of People magazine, and we’ve got the new maternity ward scoop. “In the hospital,” Heyman revealed,”she was like any other patient. She ate the same food that any of the other patients ate.”

“Angelina is in love with Namibia and wants fans to learn more about it and experience what she has experienced.”

“Maddox is in the film along with Zahara, and they have agreed to include some footage of their new baby.”

“We just could not accept the fact that the child’s father should be queuing at the local Home Affairs office in Swakopmund to obtain such a seemingly trivial, but very important, document. Hence the fact that I have offered to do them the favour here in the capital on their behalf,” said the Deputy Minister of Environment and Tourism, Leon Jooste yesterday.

They do love Brad and Angelina there in Namibia. I know there are a great many people that want to raise cain because of the special treatment, but I think they are giving back to that community in greater value than what they know they have taken away. I think it is very special that they found a place that would enable them to have as normal of a life as possible. Big kudos and cheers to Namibia!!
