]]> After only 15 months of marriage, Private Practice actress Kate Walsh and her husband Alex Young both filed for divorce last December. The proceedings haven’t been very friendly, with accusations and court interventions taking up space in the tabloids.

Kate looks to have moved on, though, and was spotted with Neil Andrea yesterday heading out to a movie in West Hollywood.

Kate currently stars as Dr. Addison Montgomery on Private Practice, and also has three other movies coming out: Hot Tub Time Machine, Legion, and One Way to Valhalla.

Today also happens to be Kate’s 42nd birthday!
