Poor Princess Charlene. It had to suck that her royal wedding was just two months after Kate Middleton‘s extravaganza. And it looks like the some of the media outlets who gushed all over Kate and Will didn’t bother to change their background art. People magazine wrote about the Monaco royal wedding and put it under their “Royals” banner, which is emblazoned with the British flag. On the sidebar? Photos of the late Princess Diana, who would have turned 50 this week, and not-officially-a-royal-but-apparently-counts-anyway Pippa Middleton. More »

Happy Birthday, Shiloh Jolie-Pitt! – The first infant birthed into a world obsessed with Brangelina turns four today. Remember when the couple went to Africa to avoid the press surround Shiloh’s birth? You know, before all the adoptions and People covers? How times flies! (via PopSugar)
Bret Michaels is having a career resurgence — just one in a long line of career resurgences since he first became better known for looking for love on VH1 than for singing “Every Rose Has Its Thorn.”
But after three seasons of making out with skanks and groupies on Rock of Love — including one season on a bus! — Bret’s recent resurgence started out a little more upmarket but has all been overshadowed by injury and illness. First, there was… More »
He may not have won People’s Sexiest Man award last year, but Robert Pattinson is far from being unrecognized by the magazine. Instead of lumping him with the testosterone crew, the editors have labeled the Twilight star one of Hollywood’s most beautiful celebrities, an honor that puts him in the same category as Scarlett Johansson, Bradley Cooper, Justin Bieber, Amanda Seyfried, and oddly enough, Julia Roberts as the most beautiful (which wins her a dueling cover this month with Sandra… More »
People magazine revealed the first post-scandal interview with Sandra, focusing not totally on her break up from Jesse but on the newest addition to her life — adopted baby son Louis. Sandra told People that she and Jesse started the adoption process four years ago, and were granted custody of Louis in January. However, the couple decided to wait until after awards season to announce their adoption, but of course Jesse’s mistress Bombshell McGee had other plans. More »
Last night, OK! magazine reported (exclusively!) that Heidi Montag was moving out of the home she shares with husband Spencer Pratt — and leaving his sorry ass behind.
But, Heidi told People in a report this morning, that’s not true at all:
“I’m not moving out,” Montag, 23, says. “I love Spencer with all my heart.” Adds Pratt, 26: “I love my wife more now than I ever thought I could.”
However, the new trailer for the upcoming (and last) season of… More »
It’s a girl for Top Chef hostess Padma Lakshmi. According to People, the model gave birth to Krishna Thea Lakshmi on Saturday. She told the magazine last month that she planned give her baby a traditional Indian name: “It will be after someone in my family, so don’t expect to see an Anglicized name — it will be a classically Indian Sanskrit name.”
Congrats to the happy family — including the father, whom Padma has declined to name.

I love the end of the year because that’s when we get all kinds of fun lists like People Magazine’s 25 Most Intriguing People of the year. Naturally, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were considered intriguing enough to make the cut!
They didn’t come in first, Taylor Swift took top honors thanks to her best-selling album, tour, and incredible amount of awards. However, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie made the grade thanks to their philanthropy.
Unfortunately, the online article doesn’t… More »
There’s been a lot of debate over Brad Pitt and his newsboy caps. Some people love them, some people hate them, but in the end the hat made no difference. Brad Pitt was voted Best Dressed Man of 2009 by People magazine regardless of what he puts on his head (or whether or not he has facial hair, another evenly split opinion!).
On the website, it only shows some of the best dressed women, but according to Splash News… More »
According to the Post Chronicle Tittle-Tattle, People Magazine/Time, Inc. is saying that the $4.1 million figure we have all heard that they paid for the exclusive rights to Brad and Angelina’s family pics and Shiloh’s first public showing was incorrect. They don’t volunteer what they did pay however.
Does it matter? Nah. But, if, as one of our beloved readers noted in a post below, they have raised the price of this issue – perhaps they… More »
What happens when you flub up the biggest exclusive of the year, maybe your lifetime, as a journalist? Oh I bet somebody got fired over this. Anyway, we all know about the leak, and I hope we have all seen that gorgeous baby’s picture by now, but here is an interesting article from Photo District News covering the slip, and a tid bit of new info here:
Responding to an e-mail from PDN, Hello! features editor Juliet Herd confirmed… More »
