Not at all bitter ex Doug Reinhardt is now claiming that he dropped over $2 million on Paris Hilton over the course of their year and a half relationship. Wait, isn’t she the heiress here? “She never once paid for a single thing!” someone anonymous tipster (read: Reinhardt) told Radar. So we broke down the figures for you to find out exactly how much one night in Paris would actually cost:

• A year and a half long relationship is approximately 548 days.
• Divide $2 million by 548 and you get over $3.5 grand per night
• Considering that Reinhardt’s only source of income (besides his daddy) was one season playing for the Orioles and some guest-spots on The Hills, the only way he’d be able to afford $2 million for Paris is if he was getting as much stuff comped as she was. So lighten up Doug: Half those trips you took Paris on, neither of you ended up footing the bill, as nightclubs will pay both of you just to show up at their parties.

Of course now, you might have to get a real job.

Does Britney Spears “channel” Madonna in “Radar”?

There’s an article that I read that claims that Britney Spears channeled the “classy Madonna” in her video for “Radar”. There are comparisons between Britney in “Radar” and Madonna in “Take A Bow”.

I’ve never made any comparisons between Britney and Madonna because although there are some small similarities I really think that overall they’re very different artists, each with their own merits. I don’t know, maybe it’s just that I don’t like comparing artists anyway since it seems so pointless. I’d like to know if you agree though.

Britney Spears’ new Candie’s ad

I know that in general a woman would prefer to be called beautiful or pretty or even sexy but I have to use this word right now – Britney Spears looks *adorable* in her new ad for Candie’s! Look at this!

The new Fall campaign features a lot of classic pieces and are sold at really reasonable prices. That’s always a great bonus, because Britney has a lot of young fans who can’t necessarily shell out $300 for a sweater, you know? It’s fun when you can look at your idol, see what she’s wearing, and then go buy the same thing.

Britney also wore some Candie’s pieces for the “Radar” video. She said, “I was so excited to wear Candie’s in my ‘Radar’ video. I especially loved their jeans and cute dresses which were perfect for the theme of my video.” A clip from “Radar” will be included in an upcoming television promo for Candie’s.

Candie’s has also been a sponsor for her Circus tour so it’s a really huge collaboration overall.

Britney Spears loves Starbucks!

Britney Spears was spotted coming out of Starbucks in L.A. this weekend, clinging to what looks like an iced coffee. She was enjoying a much-needed break from her video shoot for “Radar”. Brit must be working hard since she has to head overseas and get ready to start her European Circus tour on Wednesday. She got to relax a little, but the past few days have been full of cramming her duties in before time runs out.

Fan-made Britney Spears “Radar” video

It seems that people are especially eager to see the video for Britney Spears’ new single, “Radar”! A Britney fan created her own video for the song, and it’s really well done, check this out!

Isn’t that awesome?! I heard on a local radio station that there are rumors that the actual official video for “Radar” will continue the semi-Stepford theme that we saw in part of If U Seek Amy, where we got to see Britney dressed in 50′s style clothing and a bouffant hair style.

I can’t wait to see what the real video looks like!

Britney Spears shooting “Radar” video

There’s exciting news today straight from the Britney Spears Twitter account – today Britney was shooting for her new “Radar” video!

That’s about the extent of the details for the moment, but at least now we know that “Radar” is the next official Britney Spears single and there will a video coming soon! I can’t wait to find out more information!

More ‘Radar’ Rumors

Yesterday I posted a rumor about a possible visit of Britney Spears to England for the shooting of the video for her upcoming single ‘Radar’ and it seems that the initial report stirred something around as we have some more rumors to add:

“AllAccess.com has removed “Radar” from their upcoming June releases. Does this mean the 4th single off “Blackout” is officially dunzo? Maybe our voices have been heard and “Toy Soldier” will be the single. Below is the listing AllAccess had just a few weeks ago. Tis currently nowhere to be found.” (source)
“Sony say that there will be no video for Radar and that Radar isn’t actually being released as a single.”
“Apparently that’s it for Blackout now and Britney’s in the studio working on new stuff.” (source)

These are the rumors as they were posted. Let’s see if out of the 3 any will turn to be true…
