Here is an interview that Hilary Duff gave just after she’d landed in Bogota, Colombia last weekend for her Blessings in a Backpack charity trip. It takes a while to go through the interview, since both questions and answers are translated to / from English during the interview.

Hilary talks about how it was that they brought Blessings in a Backpack to the city, what Hilary’s opinion is on poverty and how governments should address the issue, how she handles everything in her life at her age, and more!

Hilary Duff on Ryan Seacrest's 5th Anniversary Show

A slightly sick Hilary Duff called in today to bud Ryan Seacrest to help him celebrate the 5th Anniversary of his radio show with KIIS FM. Hilary has been on Ryan’s show many times, most recently in November, when she confessed her love for Twilight. Hilary was the first guest on Ryan’s show 5 years ago so it was really nice for Ryan to remember that in this show.

Hilary Duff talked about going to Las Vegas for the charity event tomorrow, and about going on tour for a week to visit Blessings in a Backpack schools (it’ll be more than just the Tice school then!).

Ryan asked Hilary about her development deal with NBC, and the rumors of the show Barely Legal, and Hilary clarifies that it’s a holding deal. That is just one of three shows she’s considering – meaning she’s working through the scripts and may do pilots for them. Can’t wait to see which one she chooses!

Hilary Duff Johnjay & Rich Interview

Hilary Duff made a radio appearance on the Johnjay and Rich show on 104.7 Kiss FM on January 14th. Hilary Duff talks about many things in her interview (20 minute interview!!), including her new single ‘Reach Out.‘

There were some big news items in the interview, including:

Barely Legal may or may not be the final show Hilary chooses with NBC. Hilary has 3 more options to review before making her final decision, but loves the idea of Barely Legal.
The movie, The Story of Bonnie and Clyde, is going forward! Hilary will play the part of Bonnie with Clyde played by Kevin Zegers. Hilary describes the movie as "intense."
Hilary describes her feelings about her ‘Best Of’ album – Hilary says she never approved the idea of another ‘best of’ style album, but it was pushed by Hollywood Records anyway
Hilary talks about leaving Hollywood Records and working on her new album, something where she goes in her "own direction" without people telling her what to do
Some cute info on Hilary’s boyfriend, Mike Comrie
Other stuff, like dealing with the paparazzi and being sick for a couple of weeks (feel better soon, Hilary!)

Hilary Duff on Ryan Seacrest

As promised, Hilary Duff got up bright and early this morning to talk to Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS FM show.

The beginning of the interview is Ryan reading an excerpt from Twilight, which Hilary admits to being obsessed with the series too! (Have you read them yet, just OMG! Or seen the movie?) They also talk about Rob Pattinson, and move on (naturally) to Mike Comrie. Hilary admits to having a “weird track record” with the guys she goes out with.

Hilary Duff also talks about her new single, ‘Reach Out‘, and about recording new songs for her new album in a couple of weeks! She even jokes about writing a song about wanting to date a vampire

Hilary Duff continues her interview talking about her NBC deal, and her desire to do a comedy show.
