Big Apple Music Scene defends Radiohead against Lily Allen logic.
Lily Allen is against Radiohead and they’re latest approach to selling records. She’s very against it.
Here’s a quote from Lily Allen on Radiohead (after calling them arrogant),
“They’ve got millions of pounds. It sends a weird message to younger bands who haven’t done as well,” Allen reasoned. “You don’t choose how to pay for eggs. Why should it be different for music?”

Is Radiohead’s online release a viable business model?
The official compact disc release of Radiohead’s ‘Rainbows’ album is January 3rd.
It will be very interesting to see how the album fairs in traditional outlets, considering fans have had months to be able to get it for their set price – roughly 62% set their price at free, while roughly 38% paid an average of $6. An overall average of about $2.28 per listener. Not bad.
