The event was held at LIVE! on Sunset and celebrates the launch of the latest Hervé Léger by Max Azria Collection. Hilary herself wore one of the iconic bandage dresses in a gorgeous lime green:

Hilary Duff at “Power of Love” Gala
Hilary Duff went to Las Vegas this weekend for the 13th Annual Keep Memory Alive “Power of Love” Gala fundraiser at the Bellagio. The gala benefitted the Lou Ruvo Foundation.
The night drew out over 900 people for the gala and the finale performance of illusionists Sigfried & Roy. In the red carpet photos Hilary is seen posing with Leeza Gibbons.
