Jose Conseco recently tweeted this delightful “poem,” presumably in response to his ex-girlfriend, fitness model Leila Shennib, who has filed a restraining order against the former baseball pro. Leila cites a history of harassment, some of which has gone down on Twitter. Which is, of course, the classiest place to be a jerk.

And believe it or not, Lindsay is wearing blue jeans!

If you look at the video below, you can see the take-out bag Lindsay is carrying. So I’m speculating that they picked up something to go from Chado Tea Room before heading to the apartment. The paparazzi just focuses on asking her if she’s going to file a restraining order against her dad Michael Lohan.

Monday night, Lindsay posted a message on Twitter about watching FOX TV show Lie to Me starring Tim Roth.

” lie to me is such a good showwwwwww!!!!”

It’s possible she was watching the show with Samantha because on Nov. 3, Samantha posted a message about Lie to Me.

” were there no new episodes of house or lie to me tonight?”

Michael Lohan released the three-minute audio tape to RadarOnline.com.

“Mommy says that I’m worse than you were,” Lindsay allegedly says on the audio tape. “And she’s defending…She doesn’t back me…she doesn’t stand by me.”

“No one cares about me. They don’t, by the way. It’s about how they feel, not how I feel. It’s not about me. It’s never been about me, unless I fight for it,” Lindsay allegedly says on the tape.

Lindsay, however, has used Twitter today to say the recordings are from years ago. And as much as Michael Lohan wants to make it seem like they are present-day recordings, how can he prove they are recent? He can’t.

According to TMZ, Lindsay has talked to her lawyer about her father and what she can do. Besides getting a restraining order, it’s possible that Lindsay could file a defamation lawsuit against him.
