It looks like Samantha Who? is returning tonight with a whole new order of episodes! They are not playing “The Rock Star,” as I expected, but a new episode called “My Best Friend’s Boyfriend”

“Samantha Who?” Returns Tomorrow
Finally! Samantha Who? returns this Thursday at a new day and time after a very long break. The series was originally scheduled to air its 10th episode of Season 2 on January 12th, but that date was delayed until March 26th. The episode, “The Rock Star”, looks to be a good one! Update: it looks like ABC decided to change the order of the episodes! They will be playing “My Best Friend’s Boyfriend” tonight.

Melissa McCarthy at “Samantha Who?” Event
Last night, the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences held a special event, ‘An Evening with Samantha Who?’ The event, held at the Leonard H. Goldenson Theatre in North Hollywood, invited Television Academy members out to meet the cast of the hit ABC comedy.
Melissa McCarthy (Sookie on Gilmore Girls, Dena on Samantha Who?) was joined there by Christina Applegate, Jean Smart, Barry Watson, Jennifer Esposito, Kevin Dunn and Tim Russ. Remember that Samantha Who? returns on March 26th.

Samantha Who? (starring Gilmore Girls’ Melissa McCarthy with Christina Applegate and Jennifer Esposito) was originally scheduled to come back from the holiday break with episode ‘The Rock Star’ on January 12, 2009. That date was delayed to the 19th then to the 26th and finally ABC announced that it would not return until March 26th at a new day and time – Thursdays at 8:30.
