ABC is being particularly ominous with its Grey’s Anatomy promos. They want to give it away without giving it away. A flash of Izzie bald and gasping. A flash of a cemetery. A flash of Meredith crying. A flash of the logo. In case you missed it, here’s a promo for season 6′s premiere episode. It sort of picks up where things left off and we see everyone rushing around, trying to save both Izzie and George. It doesn’t tell us much, but it’s really nice to know that the premiere is getting much closer. It’s been a long summer.

Grey’s Anatomy returns, all-new, on Thursday, September 24.
