Did anyone catch Celebrity Fit Club: Boot Camp last night on VH1? You may have seen a familiar face: Gilmore Girls alum Sebastian Bach, who played Gil, the lead singer of Lane’s band Hep Alien. I just caught this adorable exchange between Gilmore Girls players Sebastian Bach and Keiko Agena (Lane Kim on Gilmore Girls). Not only did Sebastian wish Keiko a happy birthday, he also said he missed her! Keiko responded in kind:

Sebastian Bach To Join The Cast Of “Celebrity Fit Club”
Rocker Sebastian Bach, who played Gil on Gilmore Girls, has announced he’ll be on the 7th season of VH1′s Celebrity Fit Club. He joins Kevin Federline, Project Runway’s Jay Carroll, Nicole Eggert, and Bobby Brown. That’s a truly insane mix of celebrities. I’m sure watching all these characters attempt to lose weight will be very entertaining. Maybe Bobby and Sebastian will start a band?
The series is currently filming and will air in early 2010.

Sebastian Bach at Hottest Rocker Mom Contest
Sebastian Bach (Gil on Gilmore Girls) went out yesterday for the Hottest Rocker Mom Contest held at Madison Square Park in New York City. Bach was one of the judges of the contest, awarding the winning mom $5000 and the title of “America’s Hottest Rocker Mom.” The contest was to celebrate the second season of IFC’s Z Rock comedy series.

Sebastian Bach (Gil on Gilmore Girls) has been working on new music ever since he won Gone Country 2. Just days ago, Sebastian put out a new video he made with Charlie Bellmore giving us a look at some of the new music he’s recording for his upcoming albums.

Hep Alien – Where Are They Now?
Hep Alien is the name of Lane Kim’s band in Gilmore Girls, though the name was hard to come by (if you recall from their first gig in Keg! Max!)! In obscure trivia, the name of the band came from an anagram for one of the Gilmore Girls producers, whose name is Helen Pai. Gilmore Girls Stars on “Robot Chicken”
Milo Ventimiglia (Jess Mariano on Gilmore Girls), Sebastian Bach (Gil from Hep Alien on Gilmore Girls) both came on as guest stars (voices) for the animated series Robot Chicken for the December 14th, 2008 episode.
