SPCA Says London was not Mistreated
After being accused of mistreatment of her new pup – London and following an urgent investigation (& a visit) by the L.A. SPCA it is now clear that this was more of a plot to harm Britney than anything else. The SPCA confirmed to THEINSIDER that a veterinarian checkup showed that the pup received proper treatment for his broken leg.
