]]> Baby number two is on the way for Nicole Richie and Joel Madden so it was time to upgrade. Richie and Joel just paid $1.9 million for a new house in Hollywood Hills according to Starmagazine. The baby is due in August so not too far away, but enough time to prepare and move into a new place for a new start. I wonder just how big of an upgrade it is.

It’s a newly-renovated home and is about 5,400 square feet. It has four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a powder room and a large living room. Alongside the house there is a guest house and a pool that comes with a poolside bar. Not bad if you ask me.

The couple already has a two and a half year old daughter, Harlow, and now they are expecting a baby boy. Their family will be complete with a new boy, along with a new house. Still no signs of the couple to be wed. They say that they already have commitment in each other. Who knows though, a new house and new baby might spring some fresh ideas.
