These images are all a sneak peek from one scene, but there’s a potential death written all over it that you really have to check them out. Even if the photos are SPOILERS.

The scene is between Matt Parkman (Greg Grunberg) and Sylar (Zachary Quinto) and having two clashing powers in one body will likely result in fatal injuries. It’s been riveting to watch Matt and Sylar battle it for control. Greg and Zach are such great actors you can feel the anger brew between their characters. We know Sylar overpowered Matt’s control over his own body (he learned quick how to use Matt’s powers against him!) but who’s to say Sylar is invulnerable?

Uh-oh. This is really bad. Let’s hope Sylar knows what he is doing. He can’t put Matt’s life in danger, right? If Matt dies, so does he.

No way!

OK, let’s hope that Sylar can use his regenerative abilities and heal all of Matt’s injuries. I mean, if Matt dies…

I love it when Heroes posts pictures that tell a story! The set of pictures released for “Cold Wars” is in the scene where Sylar finally meets his father Samson Gray.

Samson Gray is an old (maybe ailing) taxidermist who needs an oxygen to breath. He probably inhaled too much chemicals working on his animals.

And so Gabriel meets his real father. And now we know where Sylar got his powers. The old man is not too useless after all! The thing about Sylar, he can get threatened by another person showing off. What kind of power will Sylar get if he gets his dad’s?

Will this scene end well?

Samson: “Hello, my dear dead friend.”

Samson: “This place stinks! Something doesn’t smell right.”
Sylar thinks: (Huh? I don’t stink)

"The Eclipse" is here, and it’s messing up the heroes’ powers!

So, the heroes are without powers now. "We’re just human!" exclaims Sylar, but that doesn’t stop him from getting what he wants. Check out the Canadian version after the cut.

The new actor is Dan Byrd, a twisted troubled, pathological liar of kid. Wow, this one’ seriously messed. But Debbiesays he’s going to be Sylar’s apprentice so that’s got to be something to watch. Master trains student.

The eclipse reveals the extent of the heroes abilities, in this continuation of the episode. It’s villains against villain as some try to avenge personal wrongs. The Petrelli brothers travel to the Amazon to find someone who can stop their father from destroying the world, but they are met with opposition along the way. Meanwhile, a central hero has lost his powers and only the comicbooks can help him now.

THE HEROES CONTINUE TO DISCOVER THEIR TRUE ABILITIES UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF THE ECLIPSE – GEORGE TAKEI, SETH GREEN, BRECKIN MEYER, KRISTEN BELL, BREA GRANT, JAMIE HECTOR AND BLAKE SHIELDS GUEST STAR – The eclipse continues to impact the Heroes’ abilities as Elle (Kristen Bell) and Sylar (Zachary Quinto) face off against a vengeful H.R.G. (Jack Coleman) while Claire (Hayden Panettiere) struggles to survive. In Haiti, Peter and Nathan (Milo Ventimiglia and Adrian Pasdar) join forces with the Haitian (Jimmy Jean-Louis) to battle the Haitian’s brother, Baron Samedi (guest star Demetrius Grosse), and Nathan comes to a shocking decision. In the meantime, Ando (James Kyson Lee), Sam (guest star Seth Green) and Frack (guest star Breckin Meyer) work hard to get Hiro’s (Masi Oka) memory back with the help of the “9th Wonders” comic books at a local comic bookstore. Four sneak peeks into next Monday’s episode “Heroes”, three of it about the Petrelli family, and one of Sylar.

• Petrelli family #1: Nathan is investigating Linderman and Arthur is ready to have Nathan killed to protect their secrets.
• Sylar’s scene: Gabriel took something from someone at a terrible price. Elle is there consoling him, believing Gabriel to be a good person.
• Petrelli #2: This was right after the accident when Nathan learns his wife Heidi will not walk again. He blames Linderman for the attempt and tells his father he will bring down Linderman.
• Petrelli #3: Arthur and Angela’s 41st anniversary. Daniel Linderman asks Nathan about his office’s investigation into Linderman’s activities.

It looks like the sequence of scenes would be Petrelli #3, Petrelli #1 and Petrelli #2. We know in season 1 that things turned out differently – Nathan did investigate Linderman and Arthur’s name came up. Supposedly, Arthur committed suicide. Later in season 1, Linderman took Nathan under his tutelage for the Senate.

Strange how things turn out. In “I am become death“, Peter asked future Sylar to teach him his powers to stop the new villains. Unable to control the hunger, Peter went after Angela and blamed Sylar for giving him his powers. Unknown to them all, a menace was after Angela and the rest of those who possess these powers.

In this sneak peek for Monday’s episode “Dying of the Light“, Angela Petrelli is in trouble, and Sylar asks Peter for help. Obviously Peter is very suspicious of his newfound villain-brother.

Strange, Peter forgot whose idea it was to get Sylar’s powers. And why the change of heart, Sylar? It would be interesting to find out if Sylar becomes a hero. We’re already so in love with him as the first villain that seeing him become a hero would be too much. Are you ready to give Gabriel a chance?

Have I got the pictures for you! This set of images from “Heroes” are so spoilirific I’ll watch Monday’s episode just to see this in motion. Peter is on a rampage, and his hunger is diabolical!

Remember from the previous episode how Peter took on future Sylar’s power. Sylar doesn’t just know how things work. Ultimately, what drives him (and now Peter) is the primal hunger for more power, and knowing how to get it. Who’s the monster now?

In this scene (and series of images below) Peter confronts his mother Angela. And oh boy, is her son angry. I can think of a few things he’d want to say. To start with, how Sylar her son ended up being the head-villain; her Company’s jezebelic manipulation to get to their agenda; and the chaos they never fail to generate. After the cut, you’ll find out what Peter’s hunger, and anger, leads him to do.

For once, Angela is scared of her children. She thought she was smarter than all of them, the woman. Now what do you get? Even Sylar looks on powerless.

Now I could be wrong, but seeing his bro Peter turn into this monster might be what Gabriel needs to get his life straight. Did Peter get to finish the slicing? Check out Angela’s hands (picture below to the right).

So is Gabriel/Sylar now Angela’s favorite son? Things are getting pretty interesting in the Petrelli household, and it’s not over yet. I’ll upload the next set of pictures later. There is just too much information right now my head is in a spin.

Here’s what we know now:

• Benjamin Washington Knox (Jamie Hector  of The Wire) has fearful powers – He gains strength when he’s in the presence of fear.  Although good at heart, he was raised by a murderous street gang in Los Angeles. Now he wants payback for being locked up and treated inhuman. Knox plays the group leader of villains locked in Level 5, and yes, they all escape!
• Does Sylar eat brains? We’ll know by season premiere if he does. Sylar will be called upon ot cultivate sides of his persona to survive. “There’s a part of him that doesn’t want to be this sick, creepy guy.  He wants to be special and good,” adds Zachary Quinto. Will he get a new leash in life?
•  Claire becomes an action hero, and she will be in collision course again with Elle Bishop (Kristen Bell).
• This season, expect the unexpected, says Tim Kring, as they explore the various theories connected with having powers. Are they evolutionary or gifts from God?

“Heroes” released a lot of promotional videos in the past month, but it’s really just the same long video clip retold, cut, built up and repeated over and over. It gets old after a while. NOT THIS ONE! Oh no.

• Nathan Petrelli dies (autopsied dead) at the hands of his brother.
• Nikki sees herself (or her twin/clone?) cold as dead in a coffin.
• Peter shift-changes right before our eyes, but another prisoner says he really is Peter! What’s really going on?
• And then Peter brings Nathan back to life.
• IS that Ando fighting with Hiro?! 
• Meredith (Claire Bennet’s bio mom) shows off her powers to Noah Bennet.
• Sylar is hurt. Did Claire do it?
• new character Knox knocks Peter off his feet.
• spidey-Mohinder makes out with Maya
• and the clincher, Claire asks Sylar as he looks at her open skull, “Are you gonna eat it?” The villain’s reply? “Eat your brains? Claire that’s disgusting!”
