Ted Leo Playing Indie Karaoke, Xiu Xiu at Bad Art Auction
New York Magazine actually puts on some pretty fun events, and they have two interesting ones coming up. On November 19 Xiu Xiu will be playing at a “Bad Art Auction” hosted by Judah Friedlander and on December 3 at (le) Poisson Rouge (Tickets) and Ted Leo will be playing a full set and then will become the backing band for karaoke, hosted by Andrew WK at Studio B. Ted Leo Playing Free Show Tonight
One of my favorite musicians of all time, the illustrious Ted Leo, will be playing a free show tonight with his band the Pharmacists at Castle Clinton in Battery Park. Even though it’s free you need to get a ticket and can do so starting at 5 p.m. at Castle Clinton.
