When all the kids in the class are raising their hands, who’s an eighth grade teacher most likely to call on? The dude with the black sweater? The girl with the red nail polish? Our bet’s on the 13-year-old boy with the full sleeve tattoo. Yes that’s right: this Russian kid is only 13.
