J&R MusicFest 2009 Starts Thursday
Longtime record retailer J&R Music is hosting J&R MusicFest this year on August 27-29. There will be three days of in-store and outdoor performances at their store at 23 Park Row and at City Hall Park. Highlights include The Smithereens, Clipse, and KRS-One and Buckshot. Here is the schedule so far:
Wednesday, August 26 at 23 Park Row (I’m not sure if this is part of the official MusicFest as it is the day before, but either way…)

Mika, Tortoise, and More On Sale Now
