Is A Taylor Swift Parody About Memes Itself A Meme? – We don’t like to think too hard about these kinds of things because our heads will friggin’ explode, but covering “You Belong To Me” as a statement on the viral-ness of Taylor Swift’s VMA incident is an ouroborous of epic proportions. So, Jennifer Lopez’s record deal is no more (although there has been talk that she’s already signed with a new label, which she won’t name). If her recording career is truly over (we doubt it) what we’ll surely miss the most are the crazy outfits this girl likes to perform in all the time. In addition to Britney’s VMA promo video, many fans have been wishing for a chance for redemption at the upcoming VMAs and today we can confirm that such appearance at the Sept 7th event is being negotiated as I am writing this post. Negotiations were confirmed by a spokesperson for MTV earlier today.
