This question was posed in our office today, and here’s mine: Where the Wild Things Are. Before the movie came out, I was super excited about it. I loved the book when I was a kid. I love Spike Jonze, Catherine O’Hara, and Lauren Ambrose. The trailer made me cry (although it was probably because of the generous use of Arcade Fire).

Oh no! We Love You So, the website marketed for Spike Jonze’s movie adaptation of Where The Wild Things Are, is shutting down. Twee Love You So – While cleaning out our RSS feed this morning, we were surprised to learn that the website for Spike Jonze’s Where The Wild Things Are film was not only still active, but continuously updated daily with amazing photos, links to cool and interesting artists, and a busy hive of blogginess that one would have thought would shut down as soon as the movie hype did. Kudos to Jonze’s team for keeping the site running just for the sake of giving us pretty things to look at while our eyes are taking a break from Britney and Lilo pics. (via: We Love You So)
